"body": "### **TL;DR:**\n\nAt [**Roame**](https://roame.travel/), our goal is to help you maximize the value of your credit card points and miles while reducing the work needed by 100x. \n\nCredit card points and miles have become so widespread that it’s essentially an $100+ billion asset class. Yet, the process to redeem those points for outsized-valued flights is quite convoluted. Everyone wants to redeem an international first class ticket for 70K points, but few know how and the process can take up to 30 hours to fully optimize. Experts know the tricks of redeeming points, but most people, including frequent flyers, do not.\n\n### **⭐️ Team**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=72364&key=user_uploads/1214689/fde7241e-261f-4e2e-8376-0834cd643e38)\n\nOur First Class Japan Airlines flight from Tokyo to San Francisco, booked for just 70K miles each using [**Roame**](https://roame.travel/)!\n\n[**Tim Qin**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/timqin/) **(CEO)** is a points and miles geek. He spent the last 10 years as a successful investor and operator in internet travel, financial services, and ad-tech companies, earning more than a hundred million for clients.\n\n[**Zi Liu**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ziyuanliu/) **(CTO)** is a full-stack software engineer. He was most recently in charge of Airbnb’s encryption services, creating and managing billions of cryptographic requests.\n\n### **❌ Problem**\n\n1. **Data** access is limited and fragmented for points redemptions. What you find on the travel portals are oftentimes not the best deals.\n2. **Time-consuming** to find flights and hotels to book using points. Can take up to 30 hours per trip to search across multiple loyalty programs to take advantage of complicated award redemption rules and that’s just for 1 ticket.\n3. **Underutilization** of points and miles leading to dissatisfaction and churn. Chase / Amex portals allow customers to book flights using points-to-cents value on a 1:1 to 1:1.5 ratio, whereas the true value of points can only be realized through airline partner transfers where users can find points-to-cents value ratio up to **1:25**!\n\n### **✨ Solution**\n\nWe built [Roame](https://roame.travel/) as the best-in-class award flight search engine, supporting 12 airline loyalty programs and delivering results in  seconds. We even one-up Google Flights by allowing you to search from multiple origin and destination airports including entire states, countries, and even continents.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=72364&key=user_uploads/1214689/673c55d7-864f-406b-b298-6dfdee20e42c)\n\nWe currently search for points redemption availability across these 12 airline programs and their partners airlines (180+):\n\n 1. AeroMexico Club Premier\n 2. Air Canada Aeroplan\n 3. Air France / KLM Flying Blue\n 4. Alaska Mileage Plan\n 5. American Airlines AAdvantage\n 6. Avianca Lifemiles\n 7. Delta SkyMiles\n 8. Emirates Skywards\n 9. Iberia Plus\n10. Jetblue TrueBlue\n11. United Airlines MileagePlus\n12. Virgin Atlantic Flying Club\n\n### **🙏 Asks**\n\n* **Sign up** for [**Roame**](https://roame.travel/) and search for **free**! Would love feedback or suggestions on how we can make Roame better serve your points journey.\n* Connect us with **credit card issuers** (Chase, American Express, Citi, Capital One, Wells Fargo, etc.), **networks** (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), **personal finance gurus/apps** (CreditKarma, NerdWallet, CreditSesame, etc.), and **travel bloggers/content writers**.\n\nMaximize the value of your points and miles with [Roame](https://roame.travel/) ✈️\\\nYou can follow us on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/roame.travel/) or [Twitter](https://twitter.com/roametravel). "body": "I’m Damian, founder of Skymerse (S26). I’m a licensed flight dispatcher and have spent 10 years working across flight operations, aviation data, and software.\n\nWe’re building one AI system to automate flight operations - from planning and monitoring in the operations center to real-time support in the cockpit.\n\nOur goal is full automation of the work behind every flight.\n\n<https://youtu.be/czP5N1FJ1ds>\n\n## The problem\n\nAirlines have spent decades digitizing flight operations. The information moved from paper to screens. The work of understanding it did not. A flight exists across many systems. Each system may be good at its own job, but the complete operational picture exists between them.\n\nPilots and operations teams still have to build that picture themselves. They search, compare, and interpret information to plan, monitor, and adapt every flight from schedule to landing.\n\nWhen something changes, they do it again. When responsibility moves from the operations center to the crew, much of the context has to be passed on or rebuilt.\n\nToday, people are the integration layer.\n\n## What Skymerse does\n\nSkymerse builds a live operational model of every flight. When an airline’s schedule flows in, it assembles the operational context for each flight and keeps it current as conditions change.\n\nThat model is the foundation for automation. Skymerse does not stop at displaying information or sending an alert. It understands what a change means for the flight, updates the operation, and carries the required work forward automatically.\n\nSkymerse plans, monitors, and adapts flights from the operations center to the cockpit. Instead of rebuilding context across tools and handoffs, Skymerse manages each flight as one continuous process, from schedule to landing.\n\n## Why I started Skymerse\n\nSkymerse started with [Notamify.com](http://Notamify.com). I built Notamify because I was amazed by how much information pilots and ops teams have to process before every flight - and how much of that work was still done by hand.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=111421&key=user_uploads/1472269/7e9fe835-e22f-4cb1-92dc-ac0f99a0cce2)\n\nNotamify interprets every single NOTAM into operational impact. It reduces the briefing time from 2 hours to 2 minutes per flight. It now serves airline customers and thousands of pilots and aviation professionals.\n\nAs we built it, the larger problem became clear. Making one source easier interpreted is valuable, but people still have to connect it with the rest of the operation. They still have to work out what it means for their flight and what to do next.\n\nSkymerse is that next step: from helping people understand one part of a flight to automating flight operations e2e.\n\n## Automate your flight operations\n\nWe are onboarding airlines that want to automate their flight operations. If you lead flight operations, dispatch, or an OCC, we want to show you Skymerse on your flights.\n\n[Book a demo](http://skymerse.com/demo) or email [hello@skymerse.com](mailto:hello@skymerse.com).",
