We have developed a windshield protection film product line called ExoShield to help vehicle owners protect their windshields. Our ExoShield GT3 film is sold through 400+ aftermarket installers and car dealerships in 56 countries that carry and install it for vehicle owners. For Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco owners (google: broken windshield club), our ExoShield ULTRA DIY kits are available via our website and dropshipping partners. \r\n\r\nDefense - Over the last 3 years, we have been working with the Canadian Armed Forces to develop an infrared camouflage technology. We have received two contracts from CAF to develop our technology. Our solution has the ability to be integrated into the uniform directly (adding just 5-10g of weight vs. 600-18,000 kg of weight for other alternatives), has outperformed all existing NATO alternatives in multiple CAF field trials, and is receiving support from major elements of CAF for our next contract. This technology can also be adapted for other individual camouflage integrations (face paint and individual nettings) and for mobile camouflage applications (vehicle nettings and vehicle paints). ",

"body": "Hi everyone! I’m [Christina](https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinaseong/), founder of [Versable](https://versableai.com/).\n\nVersable uses AI fix sparse and messy catalogs in high-value, high pain legacy industries. Our first focus is the $500B auto aftermarket.\n\n### 🧩 **The problem: bad product data costs sales and is hard to fix**\n\n* Bad product data leads to **lost sales, slow time to market, and high return rates**, especially in the aftermarket where accuracy is critical.\n* Most aftermarket catalogs were built decades ago and are not designed for modern digital demands. Product data lives in silos, lacks standardization, and requires deep domain expertise to classify correctly.\n* Today, teams of catalog managers manually onboard, audit, and update product content for millions of SKUs, causing **weeks of delay before a part can start generating sales**.\n\n---\n\n### 🔧 **Why Versable solves this 10x better than status quo**\n\n* Versable is the **only tool built specifically to accommodate the technical complexity and massive scale required in industrial and aftermarket applications**. We use context aware and domain specific AI to automatically clean, standardize, and enrich product data with precision.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90121&key=user_uploads/581453/4c8ca459-6498-484b-a2a2-dbe5855e41f5)\n\n* With just a part number, Versable generates market-ready titles, product descriptions, and specs in any required format. This means our customers are able to sell more, faster, and across more platforms than ever before.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90121&key=user_uploads/581453/b8baa292-22ab-4890-afad-8799b1ce1b5b)\n\n### **🙏** **Our Ask**\n\nWe’d love any intros to anyone managing ecommerce data at scale, especially\n\n1. Sellers managing industrial products like auto parts\n2. Sellers managing multiple marketplaces and platforms (eBay, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)\n3. Service providers supporting these sellers (PIM systems/ecommerce syndicators, etc.)\n\nShoot me an email at [tina@versable.ai](mailto:tina@versable.ai)!",

"body": "Hi everyone! My name is [Christina](https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinaseong/), and I’m building [Versable](https://www.versable.ai/). We use AI to help auto parts manufacturers, retailers, and distributors generate market-ready product listings at scale.\n\n**The data problem in auto parts**\n\nAuto parts retailers get product data from hundreds of manufacturers, often riddled with inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing key values. This forces companies today to manually process and enhance this data line by line, causing a weeks to months long lag between receiving product data and actually being able to start generating revenue from those products.\n\nThis bottleneck means companies are slower to market and unable to onboard new products at the scale they want. Manufacturers also face challenges with data requirements, which limits their ability to sell across multiple retailers or even consider listing their own products on online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay, which have even stricter platform-specific content guidelines.\n\n**How Versable solves this 10x better than the status quo**\n\nVersable leverages AI to scan the web for tens of millions of auto parts listings and uses a fine-tuned LLM with RAG to instantly process, enhance, and transform product data. With just a part number, Versable generates market-ready titles, product descriptions, and specs in any required format. This means our customers are able to sell more, faster, and across more platforms than ever before.\n\nBy incorporating brand-specific voices and relevant SEO keywords, Versable ensures that in a market filled with near-perfectly competitive products, our customers can come out on top.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=82840&key=user_uploads/581453/07aaedb4-ceef-4c5d-a8a5-270ac0c5e65e)\n\n**Our Ask**\n\n1. This includes financing, insurance, titling, registering, and scheduling the delivery of their new vehicle (all without visiting a physical dealership).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=69887&key=user_uploads/772580/5063ac06-f7d3-48a1-8087-1a47418caa42)\n\n# **How it works 🛠️**\n\nOn the backend, we take care of all the complicated regulatory requirements that come with selling vehicles online. This includes calculating and collecting sales tax, filing registration/titling forms and fees with the DMV, maintaining a portfolio of licenses, and complying with lending regulations when providing financing. On the front end, our website integrations leverage our infrastructure to compliantly process vehicle sales.\n\n# **Our backstory 🪞**\n\n* Rowan and Chris met at Stanford where they both studied computer science\n* They built a bunch of fun stuff together while in college\n* Rowan is from South Africa, is a world champion public speaker, and previously worked on the product team at Duolingo\n* Chris is from Atlanta, is a published researcher, and previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=69887&key=user_uploads/772580/355353b5-9c41-4e77-bd8d-cafabab91b78)\n\n# **Our ask 🙏**\n\n1. **If you know someone in vehicle manufacturing** (motorcycles, cars, RVs, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, LEVs, NEVs, golf carts, snowmobiles, etc.), ping us at [founders@ekhodealer.com](mailto:founders@ekhodealer.com) or direct them to our [inbound form](https://www.ekhodealer.com/#website-inbound) if you think they’ll find this interesting\n2. "body": "Hey everyone! We're Adi and Abhi, the founders of Clearline.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=99746&key=user_uploads/942902/e3dbee2c-c4a0-4485-ad87-4509317bb2c9)\n\n### The Problem\n\nCustomer experience at car dealerships is broken. Not because the teams don't care, but because the systems were never built for how customers actually behave today.\n\nHere's the reality:\n\n* **23% of dealership calls go unanswered.** 85% of those callers never call back. That's revenue walking out the door every single day.\n* **Most lead follow-up dies by day 5.** Dealerships spend thousands driving traffic and generating leads, then let them rot in a CRM nobody checks.\n* **Sales uses one system. Service uses another. Nobody has the full picture.** Reps waste time on manual logging, managers guess at what's happening, and customers repeat themselves every time they call.\n\nDealerships have tried to solve this with more tools, more staff, more process. It doesn't work. The stack is fragmented and nothing talks to each other.\n\n### The Solution\n\nClearline is an AI-native operating system for dealerships. Three products, one platform:\n\n**Inbound** - AI answers every sales and service call instantly. No voicemail, no hold music, no transfers. It qualifies intent, routes to the right department, and books appointments in real-time. 24/7, including nights and weekends.\n\n**Outbound** - Automated follow-up via calls, texts, and email. Clearline responds to new inquiries within seconds and runs disciplined cadences from day 1 through day 90. No lead gets forgotten.\n\n**CRM** - One unified record across sales, service, and BDC. Full call transcripts, automatic logging, next steps triggered without anyone typing a note. Managers get complete visibility with real data.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=99746&key=user_uploads/942902/dd50c407-f1a1-4910-b1c3-7124bd3e294b)\n\n### Results\n\nDealerships see this in their first 30 days:\n\n* **$60K+ revenue recovered** from missed calls and dead leads\n* **240% more leads engaged**\n* **4+ tools consolidated** into one platform\n\n> _\"Recovered $78K in service and sales revenue from 400 missed calls per month._\n\n> _\"Show rate on outbound appointments went from 38% to 64% in the first month._\n\n### You're Always in Control\n\nThis isn't about replacing dealership staff. Clearline augments your team:\n\n* AI escalates to a human anytime a situation needs real judgment\n* It only operates within rules you define (hours, routing, boundaries)\n* It only uses dealership-approved responses for pricing and policies\n* Every call, message, and booking is logged and reviewable\n\n### Try Clearline\n\nIf you run a dealership or know someone who does, we'd love to chat.\n\n[Book a demo](https://useclearline.com/?utm_source=yc&utm_medium=launch&utm_campaign=launch_yc)\n\nReach us directly at [founders@useclearline.com](mailto:founders@useclearline.com) or check us out at [Clearline](https://useclearline.com/?utm_source=yc&utm_medium=launch&utm_campaign=launch_yc)",

"tagline": "Every AI coding tool writes code. Lancey helps you decide what to buid.",
"body": "### **TL;DR**\n\nMost teams know what their customers want. It’s buried in Slack threads, support tickets, and calls. But turning that into shipped code still takes months.\n\nLancey is the first autonomous coding agent that builds what your customers want.\\\nIt listens to your customer channels, understands your codebase, and ships ready-to-merge PRs, all in the background.\n\nhttps://youtu.be/1g76HQkrdyQ\n\n---\n\n### **The Problem**\n\nCustomer feedback already tells you exactly what to fix or build. The issue isn’t knowing _what_ to do, it’s the manual steps between understanding and shipping.\n\nSupport tickets, Slack threads, and bug reports pile up. Engineers spend hours triaging. Product teams chase context. PMs and devs are stuck in loops instead of shipping.\n\nEven AI coding assistants today still need you to _prompt_ them, _explain the bug_, and _review every output_. It’s still work, just faster typing.\n\n---\n\n### **Why Lancey Exists**\n\nWe built Lancey because we think software should respond directly to its customers. Without human bottlenecks.\n\nLancey continuously scans your customer channels and codebase to spot high-impact bugs or requests. When it’s confident, it drafts and submits a PR. When it’s unsure, it asks for review.\n\nNo tickets, no triage, no context handoffs. Just a system that quietly keeps your product aligned with your users.\n\n---\n\n### **How It Works**\n\n* **Understands your customer context** - Connect Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, and more.\n* **Understands your code** - Builds a deep map of your repositories and dependencies.\n* **Builds autonomously** - Drafts fixes, features, and improvements as ready-to-merge PRs.\n* **Collaborates by default** - Keeps engineers and PMs in the loop so nothing feels like a black box.\n\n---\n\n### **Who It’s For**\n\nEngineering and product teams who want to spend less time triaging and more time shipping what actually matters to customers.\n\n---\n\n### **Why Now**\n\nWe’ve reached a point where LLMs can not only reason over customer data, they can write safe, context-aware code. The missing piece is connecting these two worlds.\n\nLancey makes **customer-driven engineering autonomous**.\n\n# **How you can get access**\n\n* Sign up for a free account [here](https://lancey.ai)",

"tagline": "Auto lenders spend 30M hours a year sending title documents to 50 different state DMVs. Cardinal Gray automates this.",
"body": "### **Our Team**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74164&key=user_uploads/1136419/54416cc8-471b-4684-855a-0b4cd7f37fe0)\n\nHey! We’re Grant, Muhammad, and Jack. We’re building titling tools for auto lenders. For example, when a loan gets paid off, we instantly release the lien placed on the car.\n\nBefore we jump into it, you might be wondering: what is a lien? A lien is a legal claim auto lenders file with the DMV to establish their legal claim over a borrower's car and secure the loan payments, but managing this collateral with the DMV is a headache for lenders.\n\n### **The Problem**\n\nAuto lenders spend 30 million hours a year sending title documents to 50 different state DMVs. At Cardinal Gray, we’re automating this.\n\nTitle work is time intensive because lenders’ systems are not connected to DMV systems. Lenders spend >$2 Billion each year on employee labor to manually aggregate and forward the relevant data and documents to state governments.\n\nFor lenders, a slow lien filing process can lead to billions of dollars in unsecured loans. A slow lien release process creates tension with dealerships and customers because car ownership can’t be transferred until a lien gets released.\n\nOn top of this, manual processes lead to errors. At any given time, 20% of lien filings are inaccurate.\n\n### **Our Product**\n\nWe fix this by interfacing with lender and DMV databases. Our software monitors a lender’s loan data, and when a loan gets created or paid off, we ping the appropriate DMV to file or release the lien. When a DMV creates or edits data, we reference this change with the bank and resolve discrepancies before they cause issues.\n\n### **How We Found This**\n\nA year ago, we were trying to create a decentralized marketplace for car loans. We actually applied to YC’s W23 batch with this idea, and we were told that it was too complex and that it was unclear why it required blockchain. They were right. We were boiling the ocean.\n\nAs we continued investigating auto lending, we discovered dealerships originate roughly 80% of all auto loans, and lenders automate credit decisions and funding at the same rate. We realized that a major bottleneck to automated car financing was manual title work, so we did a deep dive into DMV systems. As it turns out, this work can also be automated.\n\n### **Our Ask**\n\n* **Are you in auto lending?** We’d love to meet. Shoot us an email at [founders@cardinalgray.com](mailto:founders@cardinalgray.com)\n* **Do you know anyone in auto lending?** We’d love to be introduced. We have a strong pipeline, but the more the merrier.\n\n🧯 get in touch / [cardinalgray.com](http://cardinalgray.com) / [founders@cardinalgray.com](mailto:founders@cardinalgray.com)",

No leverage.\n\n⸻\n\n**What we built**\n\nCarma replaces the entire stack.\n\nOur AI system, Neo, runs fleet operations end-to-end:\n\n* automates all repetitive daily workflows\n* replaces all manual labor\n* replaces all fragmented software\n\nAnd makes optimal decisions:\n\n* verifies pricing\n* selects vendors\n* schedules maintenance\n* audits invoices\n* determines replacement timing\n\nNot when a leasing company wants to sell a new vehicle.\n\nWhen it actually makes economic sense.\n\nEvery service makes Neo smarter.\n\nCustomers don’t add Carma.\n\nThey replace everything with it.\n\n⸻\n\n**Why now**\n\nAI can finally automate judgment, not just data entry.\n\n_Before:_ hire more people or accept inefficiency.\n\n_Now:_ neither.\n\n⸻\n\n**If you’re an investor or operator in this space, email us:**\n\n[muhammad@joincarma.com](mailto:muhammad@joincarma.com) - Muhammad Alasgarli, Founder and CEO\n\n[suleyman@joincarma.com](mailto:suleyman@joincarma.com) - Suleyman Alasgarli, Founder and Chief Growth Officer",

Based on recent industry statistics, service centers overcharge fleets 85% of the time, leaving fleets overpaying an average of 68% more than what they actually should based on the fair cost of service. The worst part: there’s not much the average fleet management team can do – most fleets rely on minimal spares and don’t have the time to price shop for quotes. 80% of fleet managers don’t know what fair auto repair pricing looks like for non-routine repairs.\n\n**💲The Solution: Carma**\n\nCarma gets fleets prioritized same-day service offers with guaranteed, locked-in pricing. Fleet managers request any service they need through Carma, which we send to our highly rated and vetted local service center Partner Centers, who respond with real-time offers. Fleet can compare multiple same-day service offers in just 60 seconds or less. Carma handles the transaction with zero fees – no marked-up prices or “convenience” charges – you pay the service center’s in-store price or better.\n\nFleets save upwards of 50% when they use Carma vs. the median price for the same service in their zip code. It takes just 30 seconds to add a car to your profile and request service.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=76596&key=user_uploads/1377569/179a2ad1-4d43-4195-8951-dcba9afe1f1c)\n\n👨‍👩‍👧‍👦**Meet the TEAM**\n\nWe are setting a new standard in automotive service to make pricing transparent and the entire process hassle-free.\n\nCarma was founded by a team of automotive experts with deep technical domain expertise from the most prominent industry leaders, with a combined 120+ years of experience in the automotive service industry:\n\n* [**Muhammad Alasgarli**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/muhammadalasgarli/) **- Co-Founder & CEO.** Previously, Muhammad worked in investment banking (M&A/Restructuring) in NYC where he executed mega-cap mergers & acquisitions for publicly traded auto-tech companies, automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related auto service providers. "body": "### **Next-Gen Voice AI in a $2T Industry that Silicon Valley Overlooks**\n\nWe’re thrilled to share that Toma [**raised a $17M Series A**](https://techcrunch.com/2025/06/05/tomas-ai-voice-agents-have-taken-off-at-car-dealerships-and-attracted-funding-from-a16z/), led by **Andreessen Horowitz (a16z)**, who chose us after vetting every voice AI company in automotive. The wild part is that we got here through just word-of-mouth sales, without a sales team, and now power **hundreds of customers** across the U.S.\n\nSince graduating from YC, we’ve gone knee-deep into a trillion-dollar industry historically neglected by Silicon Valley––automotive dealerships. We’ve spent half a year **living in them** to learn how they communicate with their customers, run their day-to-day operations, and provide both great and (usually) not-so-great customer experiences. To put it simply, **things are broken**.\n\nSo we built AI agents that fix it by:\n\n* Deploying **personalized agents**\n* **Automating inbound calls** with a low-latency, natural-sounding voice AI\n* Running **outbound SMS** campaigns that generate new revenue\n* **Deeply integrating** with automotive-specific software\n* Offering **insights and reporting** into every AI/customer interaction\n* Intelligently **alerting customers** when human intervention is needed\n\nWe’re now the **fastest-growing** AI platform in automotive, and we’re just getting started.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/65a56669-51b7-40ff-ad8e-4c443df5a09c)\n\n### **From YC Hack Project to Must-Have AI Employee**\n\nWe started Toma as **two engineers** ([Monik](https://www.linkedin.com/in/monikp/) & [Anthony](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthonykrivonos/)) who didn’t want to build another generic chatbot. We flew around the country, shadowing advisors in hot service bays, listening to call recordings, and mapping dealership workflows in Figma. We **wrote code inside dealerships** as bugs and feature ideas were discovered alongside our users.\n\nWe took a YC prototype and turned it into a real product. Today, dealerships such as [Martin Management Group](https://www.toma.com/resources/case-study/how-ai-doubled-operational-margins-for-martin-management-group) and [Middletown Honda](https://www.toma.com/resources/case-study/how-toma-helps-middletown-honda-save-100k-annually) rely on Toma to handle **tens of thousands of calls** monthly. Calls that were previously missing entirely or requiring thousands of dollars to outsource to call centers.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/3a60abaf-e5fd-437a-8b4c-f38d911f215e)\n\n### **The Results Are Wild**\n\n* **Martin Management Group:** 9,000 service appointments booked in 90 days. $2M+ in revenue. 40% reduction in BDC workload.\n* **Middletown Honda:** 53% of inbound calls handled by AI. $100K+ saved annually. Zero missed calls during recall events.\n* **Nationwide:** Over 1 million call minutes handled by Toma since launch. Hundreds of thousands of hours of human time saved.\n* **Growth:** Surpassed 7-figures in ARR in less than one year while approaching 8 figures with over 100 dealerships using Toma across the U.S.\n\nThe best part is that vehicle owners love it, dealers love it, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) love it because **Toma works very well**.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/85178e79-dde7-4ec7-b19e-b28691d601a4)\n\n### **Why This Industry Matters (and Why It’s Underserved)**\n\nCars are essential to how Americans live, work, and move, and they’re getting older. The average vehicle on the road is 12.6 years old. That means **more maintenance, more service calls, and more pressure** on dealerships to deliver better experiences.\n\nSilicon Valley has historically **ignored this space**. It’s messy, full of edge cases, and utilizes antiquated software, requiring a deep understanding of real-world operations. **That’s where we thrive.** We see a gold rush in how AI can revolutionize the automotive retail industry.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/e94c67ce-14f4-4b8a-8648-3b105052b1d9)\n\n### **Why This Industry is Just the Beginning**\n\n**Automotive** is one of many high-ticket, operationally complex industries in the U.S.—alongside insurance, home services, logistics, and healthcare—where communication is still largely **manual**, software is **legacy**, and workflows are deeply **idiosyncratic**.\n\nThese industries are slow-moving but massive, with billions of dollars lost every year due to inefficiencies. While we’re laser-focused on fixing communication in dealerships, Toma is **building the horizontal foundation for deploying production-grade AI assistants** across every high-value, high-friction service industry. We believe the future of operations will be AI-augmented, and we’re laying the rails.\n\n### **The Tech**\n\n**In-house**, we have built:\n\n* A SOTA **voice AI orchestration** pipeline\n* **Dynamic integration platform** for connecting to legacy software\n* Production-grade **agentic workflow** engine\n* **Agent evaluation** pipelines\n* **Prompt management** tools that allow us to support hundreds of customers as a 3-person ops team\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/2c4115f8-a2bf-433b-b7f3-30f4fa6ca0c3)\n\n### **Our Culture: Builders First, Always**\n\nToma was **built by engineers**, and we hire technically-minded people across all responsibilities. We move quickly, fix things, and build from the ground up. We care deeply about real-world impact and meticulous attention to detail.\n\nWe’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Scale Angels, Flex Capital, Holman Automotive, and more. But more than anything, we’re backed by many of our own dealerships and their staff, who trust us to communicate with their customers.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92511&key=user_uploads/416691/9eeaaa4c-ba17-4927-82b9-230c362a3684)\n\n### **Who We're Looking For**\n\nYou might be a fit if you:\n\n* Want to build **cutting-edge AI features** and work on SOTA everything\n* Are **disillusioned by AI slop** products and want to solve real-world problems\n* Want **excessive ownership** of critical systems and infrastructure\n* Have a **high bar of excellence** and want to work with people who match your energy\n\nIf you’re curious, please join us in building the future of AI-powered automotive retail operations. We’re a small team, but we punch above our weight and are having a blast doing it.\n\n👉 [www.toma.com/jobs](http://www.toma.com/jobs)",

Today, dealerships such as [Martin Management Group](https://www.toma.com/resources/case-study/how-ai-doubled-operational-margins-for-martin-management-group) and [Middletown Honda](https://www.toma.com/resources/case-study/how-toma-helps-middletown-honda-save-100k-annually) rely on Toma to handle **tens of thousands of calls** monthly. Calls that were previously missing entirely or requiring thousands of dollars to outsource to call centers.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92512&key=user_uploads/416691/3a60abaf-e5fd-437a-8b4c-f38d911f215e)\n\n### **The Results Are Wild**\n\n* **Martin Management Group:** 9,000 service appointments booked in 90 days. Hundreds of thousands of hours of human time saved.\n* **Growth:** Surpassed 7-figures in ARR in less than one year while approaching 8 figures with over 100 dealerships using Toma across the U.S.\n\nThe best part is that vehicle owners love it, dealers love it, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) love it because **Toma works very well**.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92512&key=user_uploads/416691/85178e79-dde7-4ec7-b19e-b28691d601a4)\n\n### **Why This Industry Matters (and Why It’s Underserved)**\n\nCars are essential to how Americans live, work, and move, and they’re getting older. **That’s where we thrive.** We see a gold rush in how AI can revolutionize the automotive retail industry.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92512&key=user_uploads/416691/e94c67ce-14f4-4b8a-8648-3b105052b1d9)\n\n### **Why This Industry is Just the Beginning**\n\n**Automotive** is one of many high-ticket, operationally complex industries in the U.S.—alongside insurance, home services, logistics, and healthcare—where communication is still largely **manual**, software is **legacy**, and workflows are deeply **idiosyncratic**.\n\nThese industries are slow-moving but massive, with billions of dollars lost every year due to inefficiencies. While we’re laser-focused on fixing communication in dealerships, Toma is **building the horizontal foundation for deploying production-grade AI assistants** across every high-value, high-friction service industry. We believe the future of operations will be AI-augmented, and we’re laying the rails.\n\n### **The Tech**\n\n**In-house**, we have built:\n\n* A SOTA **voice AI orchestration** pipeline\n* **Dynamic integration platform** for connecting to legacy software\n* Production-grade **agentic workflow** engine\n* **Agent evaluation** pipelines\n* **Prompt management** tools that allow us to support hundreds of customers as a 3-person ops team\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92512&key=user_uploads/416691/2c4115f8-a2bf-433b-b7f3-30f4fa6ca0c3)\n\n### **Our Culture: Builders First, Always**\n\nToma was **built by engineers**, and we hire technically-minded people across all responsibilities. We move quickly, fix things, and build from the ground up. We care deeply about real-world impact and meticulous attention to detail.\n\nWe’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Scale Angels, Flex Capital, Holman Automotive, and more. But more than anything, we’re backed by many of our own dealerships and their staff, who trust us to communicate with their customers.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92512&key=user_uploads/416691/9eeaaa4c-ba17-4927-82b9-230c362a3684)\n\n### **Who We're Looking For**\n\nYou might be a fit if you:\n\n* Want to build **cutting-edge AI features** and work on SOTA everything\n* Are **disillusioned by AI slop** products and want to solve real-world problems\n* Want **excessive ownership** of critical systems and infrastructure\n* Have a **high bar of excellence** and want to work with people who match your energy\n\nIf you’re curious, please join us in building the future of AI-powered automotive retail operations. We’re a small team, but we punch above our weight and are having a blast doing it.\n\n👉 [www.toma.com/jobs](http://www.toma.com/jobs)",

We’re doing this by ‘following the money’ and mapping payments directly to their corresponding works on-site.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=77091&key=user_uploads/1005097/6f11951c-d0eb-4ec6-854c-db4c448cf807)\n\n# \n\n# The Problem ❌\n\nIn construction, Production— those doing and managing the build on-site— are disconnected from Commercial, those responsible for the project’s finances and profitability. \\\n\\\nThis ultimately results in overspending. \\\n\\\nFor example, quantity surveyors spend 25-50% of their time processing subcontractor invoices, mostly because they don’t have the necessary data on hand. They also spend a lot of time on low-value, manual tasks like data entry. This means that they spend less time on high-value tasks like tendering and procurement, where oversights result in costly mistakes. \\\n\\\nLack of visibility means that a lot of stuff gets swept under the carpet, only to resurface at the end of a project (eg. variations). It also means that subcontractors are less accountable as it’s more difficult to prove things, resulting in reduced productivity, more rework, and longer delays. \n\n# \n\n# The Solution ✅\n\nA single app connecting Production and Commercial stakeholders, entities, and workflows, to save time, increase visibility and incentivize productivity.\n\n# \n\n# How It Works 👨🏻‍💻\n\nSubcontractors’ site teams log their progress for approval/QA by the general contractor’s (GC) site team and for handover acceptance by the next trade. This progress auto-fills their applications, saving their commercial team a lot of time.\n\nThe GC’s commercial team then just has to amend/review as necessary in a simple, purpose-built interface, with all the production data visible (progress, QA, handover acceptance). It makes valuing and approving the subcontractor’s work a lot quicker and provides much more control/visibility. This incentivizes subcontractors to build the right first time (productivity) as GCs can more easily identify inadequacies and withhold payments until works/tasks are performed properly, in their entirety.\\\n\\\nRecorded Handovers are extremely powerful - general contractors are finally able to capture responsible parties and quantify delays, allowing them to enforce liquidated damages or, at the very least, have more leverage in final account negotiation. This encourages prompt and correct behavior from both parties, once again relying on cash to drive productivity.\n\n# \n\n# How We Came Across the Problem 💡\n\nStefan previously built and operated a construction labor marketplace. \\\n\\\nHe handled invoicing and payments between the subcontractor and contractor, needing to manually unify all the different document formats (photos of handwritten statements, WhatsApp lists, emails, word docs, spreadsheets, etc) and manage the endless back and forth between multiple stakeholders - who all had different opinions on what work had been done and how much should be paid! \\\n\\\nNot only was the submission and approval process extremely inefficient, but there was no visibility over the corresponding works or their quality checks, massively increasing risk and friction between the parties. Something had to change!\n\n# \n\n# Our Ask 🙏\n\nConnect us with relevant constructions peeps! eg. Those at general contractors/house builders turning over $20m/year. \\\n\\\nDrop Stefan an email at: [stefan@konstructly.com](mailto:stefan@konstructly.com)",

Founded by 3 McKinsey, HEC & MIT alumni who met 10 years ago at Ecole Polytechnique, the company’s AI agents already automates all customer interactions across calls & messages, and increasingly run dealership operations by automating sales and aftersales workflows end-to-end. This operational footprint naturally extends into a proprietary software layer that unifies billing, scheduling, inventory, and CRM into a single dealership OS. ",

"body": "👋 Hey everyone! We’re [Andrew](https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrew--porter/) and [Kieran](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kieran-luke-white/), co-founders of [Curo](http://www.curocharging.com)!\n\n# **TL;DR**\n\nOne of the key reasons **fleets struggle to electrify** is **charging issues**, and **EV charger usage** is **painfully low**. Curo’s platform helps EV charger owners lease their charging spots during low usage times to fleets when they need them most. Curo helps **fleets electrify instantly**, at a **fraction of the cost** and **increases** **EV charger owners’** **revenue by 5x**. We work with some of the largest charging owners and fleets, helping us to **grow 100% MoM for the past 4 months.** \n\n<https://youtu.be/N0jcdalLpFU>\n\n# 🤯 **Problem: Electrification faces two huge challenges**\n\n1. 🚘 **Fleets** **(especially distributed ones)** **struggle** **to electrify at scale**: EV chargers can cost thousands of dollars and take years to install, even then installation may not be feasible due to land ownership and operating model. It’s really hard. \n2. 🔌 **EV charger usage** **and** **return on investment is painfully** **slow**: private chargers can’t be monetized due to security and liability barriers, with public chargers not being set up for long-term, exclusive use.\n\nBy 2030, there are expected to be 9 million electric vehicles in fleets, which, together with public vehicles, requires support from an estimated 40 million new EV chargers. We currently have well under 1 million installed. That’s pretty daunting.\n\nEV chargers have to be used way more effectively for us to stand a chance at supporting millions of electric fleet vehicles.\n\n# 🛟 **Solution: Curo - The Virtual Depot Platform**\n\nCuro’s platform helps EV charger owners lease their charging spaces during low usage times to fleets when they need them most (picture an office building hosting a fleet overnight when employees go home).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=84703&key=user_uploads/1159251/862f55be-f893-4677-bad3-66b353890cf4)\n\nWe make it easy for fleets to identify, plan, and launch at spots they’ve leased and derisk EV charger owners sharing their assets, including legal, security, insurance, and payments.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=84703&key=user_uploads/1159251/51d0e977-5097-4a60-90b8-7461fd08d490)\n\nCuro allows fleets to park and charge anywhere using immediately available and scalable infrastructure, with no upfront cost. We call this a \"Virtual Depot” because each site has the utility of a fleet’s traditional depot, distributed in a virtual network.\n\n# **🙏 Ask: Share this post**\n\n* Do you know **anyone with EV chargers at a commercial property** or have an interest in installing them? We’d love to help monetize their space.\n* Does a **fleet manager** come to mind? We can help them park and charge right away. \n\nWe’ve distributed one of Tesla's largest electric fleets and worked on awesome things at DraftKings. We’re excited to be building with the YC community.\n\nThanks for reading!\n\nTeam Curo\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=84703&key=user_uploads/1159251/0d87179d-8201-4a16-9ab4-f15687832642)\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=84703&key=user_uploads/1159251/6ab8934d-947f-4a32-a717-7782d98217d2)\n\n",

Engineers spend days digging through spreadsheets and KPIs to find what failed. Or more realistically, they give up, leaving most data unused.\n\n# ⚙️ The Solution\n\nWe built **MOVEdot**, an AI agent platform that allows you to use 10x more data to make decisions. It connects to data, video, and test standards, automating reports or answering questions like:\n\n> _When did temperature spikes cause mechanical failures, and what were early signs?_\n\nAgents process the data and produce interactive dashboards and mind maps.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95237&key=user_uploads/1931404/3f0d742e-35f8-4d25-8c7a-ccd153474570)\n\n# 🌍 The Vision\n\nPhysical-world testing is a **$250B market** across development, durability, and validation. Our goal: give every engineering team **thousands of AI teammates** that helps them use **100%** of their data, increasing performance and shortening time to market. From racing to robotics. From proving grounds to production lines.\n\n# 🏎️ Race Cars - Why We Started Here\n\nWe began in motorsports: time-sensitive environment with short sales cycles. Closed our first 30k deal within 2 weeks of the POC. Well, we were also race car engineers…\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95237&key=user_uploads/1931404/590dddb8-083c-4492-a213-a4695df7a028)\n\nSince then, we’ve onboarded dozens of racing teams and have expanded into manufacturing, with a POC at [**Tractian**](https://tractian.com/en) (YC W21).\n\n# 👥The Team\n\n[**Bruno**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/bruno-finco-610999b6/) and [**Girish**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/girish-radhakrishnan/) worked together for 8 years as forward-deployed engineers in an automotive consulting firm, where we realized we were the bottleneck. "long_description": "Rodeo builds a robotic technician that automates maintenance so fleets can get vehicles back on the road sooner. Initial deployments focus on oil changes at centralized depots, where routine maintenance competes for scarce technician time.\r\n\r\nCofounders Michael Hazard and Colby Duke met at Applied Intuition, where they worked with OEMs like Toyota and General Motors to bring software and autonomy to vehicles. They saw firsthand how much manual work it takes to keep vehicle fleets running, and learned how to make autonomy reliable through structured testing, real-world data, and human intervention.\r\n\r\nThey’re now applying their experience to the roughly $600B annual US vehicle maintenance market. The average US vehicle is older than ever, driving up maintenance demand at a time when shops already struggle to hire and retain technicians. That gap leaves fleets facing costly downtime and preventable breakdowns.\r\n\r\nDespite this need, vehicle maintenance has resisted traditional automation. Service information is fragmented and unreliable, and vehicle hardware varies significantly between makes and models. Rodeo builds on advances in robotic foundation models to learn maintenance skills that transfer across vehicles.\r\n\r\nRodeo pairs robots with human technicians who ensure each job is completed correctly, handling work the robots can’t yet perform autonomously. These deployments generate training data for Rodeo’s models through both teleoperation and hand tools augmented to record how technicians work. This lets Rodeo earn revenue while collecting the data needed to automate more of each job and improve margins.",

That fragmentation slows diagnosis, creates duplicate processes, and leaves customers waiting.\r\n\r\nCarSignal connects the full repair process in one system. AI agents research vehicle-specific failure patterns and surface the tests that confirm or rule out each cause. We’re live in over 40 shops across 18 US states and are expanding everyday. \n\n<https://youtu.be/uXUU006Smeo>\n\n🤯 **The Problem**\n\nThe average auto repair shop in the US runs across multiple different systems, none of which talk to each other. With over 300,000 of these shops existing in the US, the problem is vast. Owners are trapped paying for a web of complex disjointed software in order to maintain basic functionality. \n\n🛠️ **The Solution**\n\nCarSignal fixes those discontinuities, streamlining recurring tasks that every shop runs daily. We deploy four Agents across the traditional auto shop stack to boost efficiency and lower lift time. A voice agent is deployed as the shop's receptionist, a custom OBD-II scanner provides factory level context to a diagnostic agent who aids in finding root cause issues in the vehicle. CarSignal also provides an estimate agent who finds real parts and labor times across wholesalers to give accurate estimates instantly, and a marketing agent who keeps track and reminds customers of overdue service and scheduled maintenance.\n\n👋 **Team**\\\nMichael Muzzin - UCLA Electrical Engineering, ex-Nvidia\n\nJunaid Popalzai - UC Berkeley EECS, ex- {Tesla, Amazon, Notion, Netflix}\n\n**Our Ask**\\\nIf you know a mechanic, or are a mechanic, book a demo!
