"body": "**TL;DR:** Stop guessing what users want. Amplitude AI Feedback helps you turn feedback into clear product direction.\\\n\\\nTry it for free at [amplitude.com](http://amplitude.com).\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_nPbObb_Vo&t=1s \n\n**The Problem**\\\nTeams are drowning in user feedback: Slack threads, app reviews, community posts, support tickets, survey data. You know the insights are in there somewhere, but manually parsing all that takes too long.\n\nLots of AI tools summarize text, but they don’t actually _understand_ product needs or surface actionable insights.\n\n**The Solution**\\\nAmplitude AI Feedback gives you clarity:\n\n* Automatically groups feedback into feature requests, pain points, and bugs\n* Shows how often each topic comes up, with links back to original comments for context\n* Connects insights directly to product analytics so you can see what really moves the needle\n* Lets you ask your own questions and write PRDs with AI, based on all the data\n\nAI Feedback was first built by Kraftful (acq by Amplitude), where the team quickly scaled it to 50,000+ product builders. Joining forces four months ago allowed our teams to connect what users say to what users do in the product for the ultimate product insights. \\\n\\\nGive it a try on [amplitude.com](http://amplitude.com)!",

"body": "At Rollstack, we're revolutionizing how businesses share and communicate their data. Data-driven slide decks and documents are pivotal in sharing data and insights within organizations and outside.\n\nRollstack is creating a new category in the modern data stack: Report Automation. We connect BI tools to slide decks and documents, automating their updates and creation, and effectively solving the last-mile problem of data presentation.\n\nWe assist some of the world's leading organizations, like SoFi, 1Password, and Zillow, in automating their slide decks and documents.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=68473&key=user_uploads/1014460/6cba1652-9f20-4ffa-89ad-582de99942fd)\n\n### **Storytelling with slides and docs is too cumbersome today**\n\nDo you find yourself spending excessive amounts of time formatting data, charts, presentations, and documents to make them presentable? Are you challenged collecting data from various sources to create your presentations and documents? And once you finish, you find yourself repeating the same process for each new client, project, the next week, month, or quarter? You are not alone! It takes teams anywhere from a few hours to multiple days to create a single set of slides or visualizations. 50% of professionals create slides weekly. 75% of them reuse the same deck at least once, and 30% over 5 times!\n\n### **Rollstack solves this**\n\nRollstack automatically creates and updates presentations and documents using multiple data sources and updates them for you!\n\n[Rollstack allows you to easily connect to your favorite data sources](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UclmZkV6XkM), then takes care of refreshing your data where you want to present it. Rollstack also saves your formatting and visualization choices so that you never do the same task again, and allows you to create multiple variations of these reports at scale.\n\n[Rollstack AI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zT4mC2LgaWc) empowers business users with intelligent, personalized, contextualized insights that integrate into presentations and report documents.",

"body": "# **TL;DR:**\n\n[Brewit](https://brewit.ai/?utm_source=yc_launch) helps companies build a business intelligence agent on top of their database and data knowledge. Regardless of their previous technical abilities, anyone can get their data questions answered with beautiful visualizations and insightful interpretations within seconds. Brewit will understand your data schema knowledge, write SQL, and generate the relevant charts behind the scene. It also self-improves as users provide more feedback. [Watch our demo video!](https://www.loom.com/share/f1d6ad7a8d1e4cab97a9fda0f7a6b1be?sid=8e6e0f14-69e0-4846-9761-7287d9c45d21)\n\n### **❌ The Problem**\n\n**Ad-hoc data questions are almost never answered on time:** A mid-sized data team can receive hundreds of data requests per week; on average, it takes 1-2 weeks for these questions to be answered. Not only does this slow down the decision-making process, but it can also derail the data teams from focusing on more meaningful projects.\n\n**Not everyone has the time to learn SQL and visualization tools:** It can take months for someone to master SQL or tools like Tableau, and without these skills, it is hard for someone to perform in-depth analysis or explore the database independently.\n\n**LLM can hallucinate without the relevant context:** Many people use ChatGPT's code interpreter to perform data analysis on specific business tables, but without having the full picture of the company's data schemas and knowledge (aka a semantic layer), ChatGPT often \"hallucinates\" with inaccurate answers. In addition, companies have no oversight of the questions being asked.\n\n### **✨ Our Solution**\n\n1\\. **Fine-tune** the LLM based on your data dictionary and metrics definitions. The agent will self-improve upon users' feedback and corrections\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=80234&key=user_uploads/557708/57721199-8881-4b54-a514-df2a0cf01770)\n\n2\\. Human-like **analytics** **agent** that can clarify your question, answer it with relevant visualizations, and help you to drill down to uncover more insights, all through natural language\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=80234&key=user_uploads/557708/b5ab39eb-f87b-41c6-9f31-704d71050c3a)\n\n3\\. Build **reports** with AI-generated insights\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=80234&key=user_uploads/557708/ab52f79c-13b6-400e-9931-e7fe2778cdb0)\n\n4\\. Save your charts into a **dashboard** and track your key metrics in one place\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=80234&key=user_uploads/557708/7c2a48ad-8ff0-407d-8ae5-76aca04df540)\n\n5\\. 🔒 Enterprise-level security: You can self-host Brewit in your environment, select your preferred LLM, and integrate with your favorite IM such as Slack\n\n### **🙏 Ask**\n\nWe're live with customers now! Feel free to book a [time](https://brewit.ai/contact) or email [leo@brewit.ai](mailto:leo@brewit.ai) to see a demo.\n\nGive Brewit a [try](https://app.brewit.ai/) - we've connected a demo database for you to play around with the app :)\n\nConnect us to data and analytics leaders in your network!",

"body": "Hello everyone, we are Douwe and Jack, and we're the founders of [Neptyne](https://neptyne.com/). We’re on a mission to create the world's most productive data platform. We really like spreadsheets and love programming and our product combines the two in quite a literal sense.\n\nNeptyne provides a new approach to working with data that combines the ease of use of spreadsheets with the power of data science tools such as Pandas and notebooks. By leveraging AI, Neptyne makes this unified approach accessible to everyone, eliminating the limitations of spreadsheets and reducing the complexity of using advanced data tools.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=70264&key=user_uploads/178715/71682cab-9b0c-47d9-a074-706623f8b2cd)\n\n**So how does this work?** Of course, you can ask the AI for simple things, like ‘add a profit column’ or ‘create a map showing where the customers are’. But it really shines when you ask the AI to change existing code. If you have a complicated calculator predicting revenue that takes into account four factors, ask it to add a fifth or change the weighting.\n\nOr let’s say you have a powerful, pandas-based pivot table that summarizes the data by product and region. With Neptyne, you can ask the AI to modify the pivot table calculation to include or exclude specific products or change the grouping criteria, such as by product category instead of an individual product. The calculations are updated in real-time, allowing you to quickly explore different options and gain new insights from the data.\n\nIt's like having a co-worker next to you who knows Python well and can help you write new code, change existing code or even explain what’s going on.\n\nIn order to learn about the appetite for a Python-based spreadsheet environment, we launched a version of Neptyne on Hacker News a few weeks ago without the AI-based features. Thousands tried the product, and from that audience, an enthusiastic group of power users emerged. They're using Neptyne to build financial trading applications, personal fitness tracking, and Twitter bot automation.\n\nCheck out [our launch post on Hacker News](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34818706) for more discussion on Neptyne \n\n**Our ask:**\n\nTake 3 minutes to go through our tutorial <https://neptyne.com/neptyne/tutorial> and get inspired to build your next thing.",

"tagline": "Embed insights widgets in your apps and let users ask questions in natural language.",
"body": "Hey there! We’re [Medha](https://www.linkedin.com/in/medha-basu/) and [Rishabh](http://twitter.com/rishdotblog) from [Defog.ai](http://defog.ai/).\n\n### **TL;DR**\n\nDefog embeds in your app and lets your users query data in seconds, using everyday language. It’s like ChatGPT for data - right within your app. [**Sign up**](http://defog.ai/) **to get early access.** Or give it a try at [defog.ai/ask](http://defog.ai/ask).\n\n### **😤 The problem**\n\nInsights features within apps take a long time to build and get right.\n\nThis is because SaaS founders and product managers spend most of their time on improving their core product. Insights features are rarely top-of-mind, even though they increase user stickiness.\n\nMost teams tell themselves that they will eventually get to it. But they rarely do. The result is a hastily-built dashboard that provides limited insights to users.\n\n### 🎉 **Our solution**\n\nWe make it super easy to let your users ask questions in natural language and instantly get data and insights on your app.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=68202&key=user_uploads/1153841/bd2e56ef-b1f8-4d38-b02a-1c851549def9)\n\nDefog embeds an intuitive Q&A-style interface for analytics in your app, and lets users query data in seconds.\n\nSome examples of how companies can use Defog:\n\n* Fintech companies could provide deep insights based on users’ transaction history.\n* Video meeting tools could extract common complaints across customer calls and make them easy to discover.\n* Social media platforms could replace generic analytics dashboards with more specific metrics.\n\n### **🪄 How it works**\n\n1. Give us the metadata of your database schema (if using SQL), or just unstructured data corpuses (if using APIs or text corpuses)\n2. Add our iframe or Javascript plugin to your app\n3. (optional) set up visual styling for how charts should look on our app\n4. Let your users ask questions of the data, and get insights in seconds\n\nWe’re powered by large language models that can search and visualise both structured data (like SQL databases or data warehouses) and unstructured data (like text in call transcripts).\n\nPS: We don’t compromise on privacy 🔐 Our model only needs access to your database schema to work, and not actual data about your customers.\n\n### **⚡ Our asks**\n\n* [Get early access](http://defog.ai/): Sign up to get early access if you’d like to embed Defog in your app\n* [Take it for a spin](http://defog.ai/csv): Ask Defog questions on your own datasets - or one of our pre-selected ones\n* [Share your feedback](https://defog.ai/contact/): If you have questions or feedback, we’d love to hear from you. Email us at founders\\[at\\]defog.ai or reach out to us on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/defogdata) or [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/defog-ai/).",

Tremor started as an open-source UI library to create dashboards, which grew to more than 10K Github stars in less than 10 months. This is where we discovered how many people need to build consumer-friendly dashboards but lack the resources to do so.\n\n**Problem**\n\nAlmost every SaaS requires visualizing data for their end-users. However, creating customer-facing dashboards from scratch requires a significant effort for both engineering and design teams.\n\nTherefore, many companies cannot afford to invest resources into building a visualization layer, especially when analytics is not part of the core product. Often, this results in an underwhelming user experience and additional revenue left on the table.\n\n**Solution**\n\nThe Tremor Platform is a visual dashboard builder made for developers. It allows users to connect to data sources, create dashboards with an easy-to-use interface, and embed them as a performant, white-labeled analytics layer into existing apps. For example, a bank could deploy a dashboard that visualizes spending to their customer portal, in days instead of months.\n\n**Meet the team**\n\nSeverin, Achi and Chris (left to right) know each other since university. Severin and Chris worked at Accenture for 3+ years, building dashboards for Fortune 500 companies. Achilleas previously worked as a software engineer at Bloomberg. They started Tremor as a side project next to their full-time jobs as they could not find a satisfying solution for visualizing data on websites.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73762&key=user_uploads/1325352/5c357073-2dae-464c-aabb-797a21d16fb3)\n\n**Our** **Ask**\n\n1. "body": "Hey YC! I'm Lucas, founder of Briefer: a data workspace for notebooks and dashboards.\n\n**✨ Today, we're launching the Briefer Agent: an AI analyst that helps anyone on your team turn data into clear and instant insights ✨**\n\n<https://youtu.be/VBXmDJCqOGk>\n\nFor the past year, we've been building a powerful data workspace to help thousands of technical users uncover deep insights they wouldn't otherwise have. Many of these people use Briefer every day and get a lot of value out of it thanks to features like Python support, point-and-click visualizations, scheduling, and turning query results into data frames automatically.\n\n**Now, we're bringing Briefer's magic to _everyone_.** Whenever _anyone_ on your team has a question, they can ask our AI analyst, and it'll use Briefer to get them an answer.\n\n‎\n\n---\n\n# **⭐ It's not just another text-to-SQL chatbot**\n\n**Our AI analyst is _not_ just another “text-to-SQL” chatbot that spits out random graphs.** Instead, it's an intelligent agent that operates Briefer's powerful data workspace to generate answers that are precise and reviewable.\n\nOur agent can do anything a human analyst does in Briefer: write SQL, plot graphs, and even run Python for data manipulation and advanced analyses.\n\n‎\n\n---\n\n# **🤝 Especial things the Briefer Agent can do**\n\n* **🏦 Handle business-specific context.** If you have business-specific context you'd like to explain to the agent, you can easily add it to help the agent better understand your data and goals.\n* ☁️ **Connect to all the most popular data sources.** Briefer connects to all the most popular data sources, including Postgres, BigQuery, Redshift, Athena, Snowflake, MySQL, and others. The agent can use those data sources too.\n* **📄 Analyze CSV, XLS, and Parquet files.** If you have a CSV or Excel file, you can also upload it and ask for the Briefer agent to analyze it for you. That'll be easy because the agent knows how to use Briefer's DuckDB integration to query that file too.\n* 🎈**Run on your own infrastructure.** You can fully self-host Briefer's enterprise version and use your own Bedrock or Vertex services to power the agent. Therefore, all your data remains on your cloud, _always_.\n\n‎\n\n---\n\n# **➡️ How can I try the agent?**\n\nTo try out Briefer's agent, [book a call using this link](https://calendly.com/lucasfcosta/briefer-intro) and we'll help you get started ASAP.\n\nIf you have questions, feel free to email us, the founders, directly at [founders@briefer.cloud](mailto:founders@briefer.cloud).",

It gives technical users all the flexibility they need to publish dashboards, analyze data, create reports, and build data apps. At the same time, Briefer makes it easy for non-technical users to view and interact with data.**\n\n![](https://i.imgur.com/EYLk7xK.gif)\n\nIn Briefer, you can:\n\n* 📚📊 **Create notebooks and dashboards** using Markdown, Python, SQL, and native visualizations.\n* 🤳 **Build interactive data apps** using inputs, dropdowns, and date pickers.\n* 🤖 **Generate code and queries** using an AI that understands your database schema and your notebook's context.\n* 🕰️ **Schedule notebooks and dashboards** to run and update periodically.\n* ⚙️ **Create and test ad-hoc pipelines** using writebacks.\n\nIn addition to all that, Briefer is also multiplayer, meaning two or more people can work on the same notebook or dashboard simultaneously and see each other's changes in real time.\n\nFrom today, you can use Briefer for free on your machine or deploy it to your own infrastructure so that your whole team can use it and eliminate your data silos.\n\n \n\n### **🍱 What's included in the open-source offering?**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83864&key=user_uploads/578593/fdaa030e-0bad-43d6-a35f-e96332f951a6)\n\nBriefer's open-source offering includes everything you need to build notebooks and dashboards, including Markdown, SQL, Python, point-and-click visualizations, scheduled runs, writebacks, and more.\n\nAlso, given you'll be running Briefer on your own machines, there's no limit on how many users you can invite, how much memory and compute you can give to your notebooks, and how many pages you can schedule.\n\nThe only things that are _not_ in Briefer's open-source offering are PDF exports, granular permissions, and email and Slack integrations. These are available in the paid version of Briefer, for which you can sign up [here](https://briefer.cloud).\n\n \n\n### **🤔 Why open-source?**\n\nWe want people to have zero barriers to using Briefer, and we believe that making it open-source is the best way to achieve that.\n\nBy making Briefer open-source, we're giving you the freedom to run it on your own infrastructure, customize it to your needs, and contribute to its development.\n\nFurthermore, given Briefer will be running on your own machines, you don't have to worry about your data being stored in a third-party service. You have full control over your data.\n\nIf you want an in-depth explanation of our open-source strategy, [you can read it here](https://briefer.cloud/blog/posts/open-source-strategy).\n\n \n\n### **✨ How do I get started?**\n\n**➡️ You can get started by following the instructions in our **[**GitHub repository**](https://github.com/briefercloud/briefer)**. While you're there, please don't forget to give us a star ⭐.**\n\nIf you have any questions, please send me an email at [lucas.costa@briefer.cloud](mailto:lucas.costa@briefer.cloud). "tagline": "Whenever engineers push changes, we deploy their entire application and send them a link.",
"body": "**TL;DR Ergomake creates a staging environment for each pull request. Every time an engineer pushes changes, we deploy their entire application and send them a link to see it. Our customers use Ergomake for QA, product, and design reviews before any code gets merged.**\n\nHey everyone! We're Lucas and Lucas (yes, Lucas²), the founders of [Ergomake](https://ergomake.dev).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73177&key=user_uploads/578593/67fb36be-2271-4b94-8403-f3f1c9bf4612)\n\n**Ergomake creates a new staging environment every time engineers push changes**, making reviews much quicker and easier and helping teams avoid shipping broken changes.\n\n## ❌ The problem: staging is a bottleneck.\n\nEngineers must ship code to a staging environment whenever they need feedback from QAs, designers, and product managers.\n\nThe problem with this approach is that **teams usually have only one staging environment**. Therefore, **engineers scramble to see who will use staging or end up merging changes before anyone else sees them**.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73177&key=user_uploads/578593/0d929f46-4a46-425d-86e8-458fc4843816)\n\n**Consequently, teams slow down, applications break, or undesirable code gets shipped**.\n\nWhen that happens, engineers rush to fix the broken code already merged. For that, they must go through the whole review process again, which is a massive waste of time and money.\n\n## 💡 The solution: everyone gets their own staging.\n\nWith Ergomake, every change gets deployed to a new staging environment.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73177&key=user_uploads/578593/dc0ff32d-60c5-46d1-a759-b875aaaaea15)\n\nThat way, engineers can get input from the rest of their team without queueing to use staging.\n\nAdditionally, by getting reviews _before_ deploying code, teams avoid merging all sorts of undesirable changes. Consequently, they avoid bugs and reduce rework by keeping `main` always working.\n\nWith Ergomake, teams can merge straight into `main` because they do all their manual testing and validations within their pull requests. Therefore, these teams avoid complicated branching strategies and painful integration cycles.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73177&key=user_uploads/578593/9b319d08-4e0e-4239-9786-f5cc9373d979)\n\n## ⚙️ How does it work?\n\nErgomake integrates with GitHub and gets notified whenever someone opens a pull request.\n\nWhen that happens, Ergomake uses the `docker-compose.yaml` file within the repository to deploy your application on our infrastructure.\n\nOnce Ergomake has spun everything up, it adds a comment to the pull request containing the link to test your application.\n\nOur previews can include databases, and they support all types of projects, including those spread across multiple repos.\n\n## ➡️ The ask: sign-up now (there's a free tier)\n\n**You can sign-up for Ergomake at **[**app.ergomake.dev**](https://app.ergomake.dev)**.** There, you'll be able to configure previews for any repositories you want for free.\n\n**If you prefer, we're happy to do all the integration for you or hop on a call and guide you through the process**. If you think that could be helpful, [book an intro call here](https://calendly.com/lucasfcosta/ergomake-15-minutes).\n\nFor anything else, [we're also on Discord](https://discord.gg/daGzchUGDt).",

Instead of learning complicated BI tools, customers and enterprises can use Vizly to get AI-powered data analysis, without exposing any of their sensitive data to unsecure external APIs.\n\n### **The Problem**\n\nBI tools are complicated and have a steep learning curve to use. Despite enterprises shifting to data-centric cultures, the adoption rate of BI tools in enterprise has remained at **only 15%** \\[1\\]. With more people wanting to access data, existing BI tools have not kept up. This has left data teams to pick up the slack with analysts often spending large portions of their day fighting a barrage of data questions.\n\n### **Our Solution**\n\nWith [Vizly](https://www.vizly.fyi/), we are building a dead simple BI tool that runs fully on-premises and allows anyone to perform their data tasks using plain English. Instead of needing expensive hardware to run, a Vizly instance is both powerful enough and small enough to run even on a single MacBook.\n\nA single employee can set up Vizly on their machine by simply selecting the data sources and sharing a link with their non-technical colleagues. With just a link, anyone in the enterprise can explore the shared data sources using plain English. It operates securely behind the firewall, ensuring no data ever leaves the enterprise network.\n\n# Vizly\n\nTry it out [here](https://www.vizly.fyi/).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74490&key=user_uploads/634427/7bafc4a8-fe78-4f8d-9449-78279f199001)\n\nVizly makes data analysis as easy as asking a question.\n\n# **The Team**\n\nSami and I met at McGill University and have been friends for almost a decade. We realized this powerful feature could be applied to all surveys, so expanded the survey platform so anyone could use it.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=85495&key=user_uploads/1355492/f34a1950-734e-4956-b96d-4232807f1ff0)\n\n## **🧐 Problem**\n\n* Traditional surveys can’t react to respondent answers and ask follow-up questions, leaving behind incredibly valuable insights. Often, the first response to an open-ended question does not tell the whole story.\n* Good open-ended feedback is incredibly useful, but difficult to view in a structured format, especially when you have many responses. If you’ve ever used Google Forms, open-ended responses are presented as a data dump.\n\n## **🚀 Our Solution**\n\n* Easily create surveys, and turn on AI follow-up questions for any topic you want to dig into - Aftercare will ask intelligent follow-up questions automatically.\n* AI summaries surface key information from your responses automatically, and open-ended responses are categorized into data visualizations of your choice.\n\n## **Team**\n\nWe’ve been friends for 18 years and have deep engineering and ops experience at companies like Palantir, Datadog, Affirm, and Nextdoor.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=85495&key=user_uploads/1355492/8ec74a7b-6c3e-4840-88fa-480c4d9af138)\n\n## **Our ask**\n\n* Try it out, we’d love to hear your honest feedback!\n* If you have a generalized survey use case (surveying customers, your employees, etc) I’d love to learn more about it over a quick chat: <https://calendly.com/aidanclee/15-minute-sync-from-launch-yc>\n* If you know anyone running a survey, tell them to try [www.getaftercare.com](http://www.getaftercare.com) 🙂",

However, the current post-purchase survey landscape is lacking in several ways:\n\n* Limited: mainly offers multiple-choice questions that don’t provide enough context to be useful for marketing teams.\n* Static: asks the same questions regardless of the user’s segment (e.g., new vs. returning user) or the user’s previous responses within a single survey.\n* Disjointed: integrates poorly with the rest of the marketing stack.\n\n# **✨ Solution**\n\nAftercare is a modern post-purchase survey tool that uses AI to go beyond the traditional multiple-choice survey. "tagline": "We use LLMs to help enterprises run Request for Proposals (RFPs)",
"body": "Hey everyone! We’re [Justin](https://linkedin.com/in/justinseanmay), [Anand](https://linkedin.com/in/anand-nanduri), and [Aidan](https://linkedin.com/in/aidan-cj-lee) – childhood friends and co-founders of Kontractify.\n\n**TL;DR** [Kontractify](https://www.kontractify.com/) uses LLMs to help enterprises run RFPs. We generate questions, manage workflows, evaluate proposals, and facilitate reverse auctions.\n\n## 🧨 **The Problem**\n\nEnterprises buy large amounts of goods and services through RFPs—competitive bid processes where they invite multiple sellers/service providers to participate. These buyers launch RFPs on extremely outdated platforms, often costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, and have UI/UX stuck in the ‘90s.\n\nBuyers get so frustrated with these tools that they ignore using them altogether and revert to Excel spreadsheets and emails. Wasted time, frustration, information loss, and lack of user participation are common.\n\nOn the other side, sellers who receive RFP notifications hate filling out responses on these platforms, leading many to not participate.\n\n## 🎉 **Our Solution**\n\nKontractify provides a painless experience for enterprise buying teams to run and collaborate on RFPs, using LLMs to speed up particularly tedious processes. Buyers can build, launch, and manage all seller communications through the platform.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79017&key=user_uploads/1355492/bed9d3f3-1454-460b-957d-a46f3630192a)\n\n**For Buyers:**\n\n* ⚙️ Simple workflow and question builders help buyers painlessly curate events\n* ✍️ Tedious activities like writing question lists are automated away with the help of LLMs\n* 📣 Advanced eBidding events such as Reverse Auctions can be easily launched, allowing for greater savings\n\n**For Sellers:**\n\n* 📫 RFP questions can be responded to directly by email and LLMs assist in converting the unstructured text into a templated response\n\n⭐️ Consumer-grade UI and LLMs greatly improve velocity for both buyers and sellers. Buyers can develop new supplier relationships, run more events, and save more money. Sellers can quickly respond to RFPs and focus on their next sale.\n\n## **Team**\n\nWe’ve been friends for 18 years and have deep engineering and ops experience at companies like Palantir, Datadog, Affirm, and Nextdoor.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79017&key=user_uploads/1355492/4b7de3a9-c552-4543-a8f3-2599bfd849c8)\n\n## **Ask**\n\n* Intro us to sourcing or procurement professionals! "body": "Hi YC! We're [Illiana](https://www.linkedin.com/in/illiana-reed/), [Miguel](https://www.linkedin.com/in/miguel-salinas-b2781426/), and [Isabella](https://www.linkedin.com/in/isabellareed/), the team behind camelAI.\n\n# What We're Building\n\ncamelAI is the last BI tool you'll ever need. What AI has done for coding, camelAI is doing for analytics. We connect an LLM directly to your database, turning natural language questions into in depth reports complete with beautiful visualizations in seconds. No modeling, no drag-and-drop limitations, no tickets to the data team.\n\n<https://youtu.be/bBqdaNN-NpM>\n\n# The Problem: Text-to-SQL Has Failed\n\nLet's be honest: Text-to-SQL has been around for years. It's been done to death and it still leaves users frustrated. Instead of giving clear answers, Text-to-SQL makes users fight for insights:\n\n* Setup takes forever\n* Queries only work well for narrow, predictable questions\n* Results come as raw data tables, not analysis\n* Business users struggle to get actionable insights\n\nBusiness users don't want raw tables of data—they need clear insights. But text-to-SQL forces them to piece together answers manually, leaving them frustrated and no closer to a decision.\n\nThe real problem: Getting valuable insights out of your own data is still too hard and too time consuming.\n\nFor executives, founders, and product managers, this means:\n\n* Waiting days for simple data requests\n* Making decisions without complete information\n* Spending hours building and maintaining dashboards\n* Wasting precious engineering time for a \"quick data pull\"\n\nFor technical teams, it means:\n\n* Constant context-switching to answer basic data questions\n* Building one-off dashboards that are rarely used\n* Explaining the same metrics repeatedly\n\n## Our Solution: camelAI\n\nAsk camelAI anything - from basic KPIs to complex business metrics your team hasn't even thought to track:\n\n**Deep Research Agent:** Watch as our Agent writes SQL queries in real time, explores your data, and generates interactive visualizations that deliver immediate insights. Complete transparency at every step.\n\n**Learns Your Company:** camelAI learns your company's language through use. It remembers past queries and improves through your feedback, creating consistent company-specific analysis.\n\n**Instant Visualizations:** camelAI doesn't just dump query results; it automatically creates interactive Plotly visualizations with written analysis of what the data actually means.\n\n**One-Click Dashboards:** Any visualization can be saved to a dashboard that refreshes automatically. Create comprehensive dashboards in minutes, not hours.\n\n**Enterprise-Ready:** We support on-prem and VPC deployments across multiple databases.\n\n# The New Reality\n\nWithout camelAI:\n\n1. Adding tickets to sprints for basic data questions\n2. Waiting days for simple insights\n3. Engineers constantly pulled away from building products\n\nWith camelAI:\n\n1. Business teams get answers immediately\n2. Engineers focus on building products\n3. Founders make better decisions faster\n\n## Who Needs This Yesterday\n\n* **Founders** who can't afford to wait for data\n* **Product Teams** tracking metrics without a dedicated analyst\n* **CTOs** tired of being the bottleneck for data requests\n* **Junior Analysts** who want to focus on insights, not queries\n\n# Setup Takes 60 Seconds\n\n1. Connect your data source — pick from 10+ connections or upload a CSV\n2. Ask your first question\n3. Start making better decisions\n\n# 🐪 How We Got Here\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=76776&key=user_uploads/1925221/b319f130-c38f-4080-8e5c-8edf8d77e91d)\n\nWe've been shipping products together for three years. We're not data analysts, and that was the problem.\n\nOur organized data was right there, but we couldn't get to it without SQL expertise or wrestling with clunky BI tools that never quite answered our actual questions. So we built the tool we needed.\n\nOur insight was simple: stop writing SQL queries by hand. Let AI do what it's good at. Let humans ask natural questions and get answers they can use right away.\n\n## Try camelAI Today\n\nOur free tier gives you 10 messages per week: <https://camelai.com/>\n\nQuestions? We read every email: [illiana@camelai.com](mailto:illiana@camelai.com)\n\nLooking for: Teams tired of SQL bottlenecks who want to transform how they use data.",

Describe your graphics pipeline using a **higher-level abstractions** and use renderlet to generate low-level, cross-platform rendering code.\n\nWith renderlet, developers can easily embed GPU-accelerated 2D and 3D graphics into cross-platform applications.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79415&key=user_uploads/1759368/4ce27e3c-1c68-456d-a0bd-eedd272c1712)\n\n## How it works\n\nWith renderlet, **we compile graphics to portable WebAssembly modules** and provide a runtime that abstracts away the underlying GPU architecture to the code.\n\nDevelopers can take advantage of modern technologies like **WebGPU** without having to learn the intricacies of yet another standard. 2D and 3D graphics are fully decoupled from the application and device and can ship decoupled from the applications code in a format that **runs anywhere**.\n\nRenderlet is:\n\n* A **compiler** that takes a high-level specification of your graphics pipeline - including custom assets, functions, and libraries - and builds self-contained WebAssembly rendering modules\n* A **renderer**, _wander_, that embeds into any application on any platform that and safely runs rendering modules with the GPU\n* A **visual editor** that makes it easy to build entire graphics and visualization pipelines out of reusable rendering modules\n\n**Anybody should be able to build interactive applications** without having to be a graphics programming expert.  \n\n## About Us\n\n[Sean Isom](https://linkedin.com/in/isom) previously built developer platforms at Adobe as a Lead Engineer and Sr. Engineering Manager. He helped bring products to the cloud and web using tools like WebAssembly and is currently involved in standardization efforts for WebAssembly GPU support.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79415&key=user_uploads/1759368/36bcf46c-edd6-4b90-9124-45c3c81ec64b)\n\n## What’s next?\n\nOur cross-platform rendering engine, **wander**, is open source: <https://github.com/renderlet/wander/> \n\nWe’re kicking off with a **live demo** today of renderlet at Wasm I/O!  <https://2024.wasmio.tech/sessions/paint-by-numbers-high-performance-drawing-in-wasm/> \n\nWant more info on cross-platform graphics? **Get in touch**! - [sean@renderlet.com](mailto:sean@renderlet.com) ",

BitBoard works with any MCP client, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor.\n\nHosted workbooks let your agent pull data, build visualizations, and add commentary by writing SQL, code, and markdown that’s stored and executed within the workbook.\n\nWork in BitBoard is traceable and repeatable. Logic and outputs are persisted and named so context isn't lost in chat threads or terminals.\n\nAnalysis stays fast and cheap as the workbook grows. Small queries stay local, results are cached until the underlying data changes, and your warehouse only returns the rows each query needs.\n\n**Connecting your data**\n\nWant to get started with minimal setup? Just push data from your agent to piggyback off of your agent’s existing connections and we’ll host it.\n\nFor ongoing access to live data, securely connect to your apps, databases, and data warehouse from a single point in BitBoard.\n\n**Onboard in minutes, for free**\n\n1. Connect your AI chat or coding agent to BitBoard via MCP. Works with any MCP client, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor.\n2. Push data from your agent. We'll host it, no setup required.\n3. When you want live data, configure connections to your apps, databases, and warehouse from a single point in BitBoard.\n\nTry pointing your agent at BitBoard for your next KPI review, product analytics investigation, or post-mortem.\n\n**Ask**\n\n* Try it out at [app.bitboard.work](http://app.bitboard.work)\n* Email us with questions and feedback at [founders@bitboard.work](mailto:founders@bitboard.work)\n* [Book a call ](https://bitboard.work/contact)if you need help with a specific use case.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=100824&key=user_uploads/2002154/6191878d-f4f7-4f05-988f-d2dfb103788f)\n\n",

"title": "Lotas — Cursor for Data Science",
"tagline": "Building a secure, AI-native IDE for data scientists",
"body": "Hey everyone! We’re Jorge and Will from Lotas. We’re building a secure, AI-native IDE for data science—and as a first step, we’ve built an AI coding assistant into RStudio (think Cursor for RStudio). We’re looking for RStudio users, data scientists, and students who want to code way faster and are excited to see AI integrated into data science workflows.\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c47Ch1kB0eU\n\n❌ Problem\n\nRStudio is used by about 5 million data scientists and academics, but they currently lack a coding assistant within their IDE. Developers in other environments benefit from tools like Cursor and Windsurf, but R users don’t have an equivalent tool that’s truly integrated into their day-to-day workflow. And more broadly, data science teams need an AI-native environment that understands notebooks, dataframes, plots, and multi-language workflows—without forcing work into the cloud or tools they don’t use.\n\n✅ Solution\n\nWe’re building a secure, AI-native IDE for data science that is context-aware (files, variables, terminals), can read and write code, run analyses, and interpret textual or visual output across R and Python to start. While we build this IDE, we’ve shipped Rao: a fork of RStudio with an embedded AI assistant that is aware of the user’s local context (both files and variable environment), can read and write files, can run code or commands, and can interpret textual or visual output. It works with the file formats RStudio users already rely on (R, notebooks including RMDs and QMDs, Python, Stan, etc.), so you can iteratively perform entire data analyses inside your preferred IDE today—and help us design the next one.\n\n👨‍🎓 Who we are\n\nBoth of us were PhD students at Harvard. Jorge was in the biophysics program and Will was in the biostatistics program where most people used RStudio every day. We saw how integrated coding assistants were taking off in other IDEs, but RStudio integrations lagged behind. Many R users were copying and pasting code from ChatGPT to build their workflows, which was slow and fragile. Other AI data science tools are either (1) built on the web or in environments people don’t already use, (2) completely focused on Python notebooks, or (3) weak package-based assistants with limited functionality. We’re closing these gaps—first with Rao, and next with a purpose-built IDE for data science.\n\n🚀 Try Rao & get early access\n\nYou can download Rao, watch our demo, and work through example use cases. If you’re interested in a secure, AI-native IDE for data science, contact us for an early preview!\\\n\\\n✉️ **Contact**\\\nYou can reach us at [founders@lotas.ai](mailto:founders@lotas.ai) and follow us on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/lotas/) and [X](https://x.com/lotas_ai).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92746&key=user_uploads/1845082/a6d066f2-358c-46b1-959e-6e2618b44df4)\n\n",

"body": "Hey everyone, we're [Adrian](https://x.com/AdrianBarbir) and [Richard](https://x.com/YuhuangOu). We've been building Doe for the past few months.\n\n**TL;DR**\n\nDoe is an action engine for work. You connect your tools, tell it what you need, and agents go do it. Not chat. Actual execution: pull data, update records, send messages, run workflows across your systems. When you do things yourself, like modifying spreadsheets or writing an email, agents work alongside you.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=96000&key=user_uploads/1867926/622bda3c-17da-4c86-b127-9e495e250a54)\n\n\\\nhttps://doe.so\n\n**What we're building toward**\n\nKnowledge working is changing as you read this post. Not \"AI answers your questions\" change. More like: you wake up and agents have already reconciled your expenses, flagged at-risk deals, and drafted the weekly update. You review, adjust, and move on. The tedious stuff happened while you slept.\n\nWhen you do want to dig in or do stuff yourself, you're augmented with sets of tools. A good example is cursor’s tab/autocomplete. Your work platform has context and every action you take is faster because of what's running in the background.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=96000&key=user_uploads/1867926/23d9a617-3216-4243-8198-3f6a8ae8e52d)\n\nThat's the vision. A workspace where agents do work and humans get augmented.\\\n\\\n**What you can do today**\n\n1. **Ask anything about your data.** No SQL. No dashboards. Just ask.\n2. **Get boring work done.** Agents update your CRM, send Slack messages, create Linear tickets, pull reports, and create financial models. You watch in the preview pane and step in when you want.\n3. **Set up Loops.** Agents that run on a schedule. Daily pipeline reviews. Weekly reconciliation. Continuous monitoring. Set it once.\\\n \\\n We like having Doe go through our linear + github to create a performance review each day :)\n\n**Enterprise stuff**\n\nSOC 2 Type II. HIPAA-ready. Zero data retention with LLM providers. SSO, SCIM, audit logging.\n\n**Our asks**\n\n**Try it:** [doe.so](http://doe.so) - it’s free\n\n**Tell us what's broken:** We're building fast and want to know what doesn't work\n\n**Intros:** If you know ops, sales, or finance folks, we'd love to meet them. We think this can be a cursor",
