"tagline": "Software teams use Waypoint to build, orchestrate, deliver, and monitor email notifications – with little to no code.",
"body": "### **Hi 👋**\n\nWe’re Jordan and Carlos and we’re excited to share our new product called [Waypoint](https://www.usewaypoint.com/). Waypoint makes it easy for software teams to design, orchestrate, monitor product-triggered emails. Think of it as an email delivery service that is geared for data-rich transactional emails (like order confirmations, reminders, receipts, alerts, and other system notifications).\n\n### **The problem**\n\nAdding data-rich email notifications to software in 2023 is still a pain. Most email tools are repurposed marketing email builders for templates with little to no dynamic data. This means getting data into branded templates and setting up logic around them (eg. delays) still requires significant code within your code base. Additionally, existing tools are lacking from an observability standpoint which makes it difficult for developers to test and debug.\n\nWhile it’s easy to hate on emails, the truth is that emails still act as the ‘[glue of UX](https://www.usewaypoint.com/blog/transactional-emails-the-glue-of-ux-for-marketplaces)’ for most platforms and it is often the key to onboarding and engaging users.\n\n### \n\n### **The solution**\n\n\\\n**Demo video (4.5 min)**\n\n<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVz4cupc8gA>\n\n\\\n**Design**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=71975&key=user_uploads/18473/8cfed776-9039-4bee-8f46-0d679c59d098)\n\n* Create templates that match your brand in minutes.\n* Use our block-based template builder that works seamlessly with [Liquid templating](https://liquidjs.com/) and [Markdown](https://www.markdownguide.org/).\n* Build with confidence knowing templates render well across clients and devices.\n\n\\\n**Orchestrate**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=71975&key=user_uploads/18473/610a5230-8d68-4cd8-b6a2-3924c2cd6731)\n\n* Trigger templates and workflows using our simple [developer friendly API](https://www.usewaypoint.com/docs).\n* Automate workflows with conditionals and delays using a visual builder.\n* Deliver emails reliably through world-class infrastructure.\n\n\\\n**Monitor**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=71975&key=user_uploads/18473/aa5c76c1-3ae6-4c24-9c22-587d837d450e)\n\n* See a full timeline of events. From initial trigger to clicks.\n* Be informed of bounces or any other exceptions.\n* Log a receipt of the full email content and data variables for every mail.\n\n\\\n**Customer quote**\n\n> _\"Waypoint team and support surpassed our expectations, ensuring a seamless transition from Sendgrid. Their liquid templating simplified the conversion of our existing emails, and since migrating, their service has been flawless. Our emails no longer end up in spam folders, leading to an impressive increase in our onboarding conversion rates. Waypoint's fast and reliable deliverability has taken our account verification success from below 50% to nearly 100%.”_\n\n– Dallin Dyer, CTO of [Dree.com](http://Dree.com)\n\n### \n\n### **Interested?**\n\nWe’d love to help. "body": "Hi! Alex and Ryan here - we’re super excited to launch [Blocksfabrik](https://blocksfabrik.com/#ref=yclaunch)!\n\n---\n\n**TLDR: We built a way to create design systems that stay in sync across design and code. Teams are using us to design better interfaces and develop them as fast as using an off-the-shelf component library, but with the flexibility of a bespoke design system and none of the tech debt.**\n\n**Ready to ship better product experiences? We would love to help, so please book a slot for a quick chat** [**here**](https://calendly.com/d/zkc-hbp-8n2/blocksfabrik-founders)**, or reach us directly via email at** [alex@blocksfabrik.com](mailto:alex@blocksfabrik.com) or [ryan@blocksfabrik.com](mailto:ryan@blocksfabrik.com)\n\n### **The Problem**\n\nCreating your own design system takes a ton of effort and experience that is hard to come by. And once they’re built you’ll have to maintain them in design and code indefinitely. Off-the-shelf component libraries get you off the ground, but are disconnected from design and hacking around their limitations becomes a liability as your product grows.\n\nWhat if you can design and build as fast as with a component library, but with the flexibility and quality of a bespoke design system?\n\n# **The Solution**\n\nConfigure your design system in the Editor and Blocksfabrik will take care of the rest — creating the component code, Figma assets, and documentation. It’s like having a full-time design system team, without needing the budget.\n\n### **How It Works**\n\n**(1)** Define your design tokens in the Editor (including color palette, sizes, fill styles, etc) and the specifics of your interface components (from shapes to interaction patterns).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=69110&key=user_uploads/919864/31b5b5d1-c6a8-4fca-b639-1a203bcab90b)\n\n**(2)** Publish your design system, and you’ll get a private NPM package, Figma assets, and documentation that are all in sync.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=69110&key=user_uploads/919864/56ce7431-2f21-40d9-932c-dd2c1edbf728)\n\n**(3)** Since Blocksfabrik creates components for both Figma and code, your Figma assets will share the same properties, and behave identically to the components in code. The designer → developer handoff becomes fast and seamless.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=69110&key=user_uploads/919864/e6fce859-0bb6-4b2c-b4fa-f1502029add2)\n\nNeed to update something? Simply make edits and publish a new version that you can start using in Figma and code.\n\n### **How We Can Help You**\n\nIf you or someone in your network is struggling to build a product interface or design system, we’d love to help! Please book a quick chat [**here**](https://calendly.com/d/zkc-hbp-8n2/blocksfabrik-founders), or email us at [alex@fabrikant.tech](mailto:alex@fabrikant.tech), [ryan@fabrikant.tech](mailto:ryan@fabrikant.tech)\n\nThank you!\n\n---\n\n---",

"title": "Repaint: The AI Website Builder",
"tagline": "Build a website by chatting with AI",
"body": "We’re [Ben](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-shumaker-9b2620238/) and [Izak](https://www.linkedin.com/in/izak-fritz-3b8579120/), and we’re proud to introduce the new Repaint (S23).\n\nRepaint is the best AI tool for creating professional marketing websites. You chat with Repaint, plan the style and pages, and import your content. Then Repaint generates a custom website in minutes.\n\n**Demo:** <https://youtu.be/HkL9yoQOyOQ>\n\n**The Problem**\\\nAI coding tools are incredibly powerful now, but most people still make websites with Wix and Squarespace. Vibe coding tools like Lovable, Bolt, and Replit can generate a webpage from a prompt in a few minutes, but beyond that they’ve focused more on app building than marketing sites:\n\n* They generate single pages with generic content, leaving you to build the rest.\n* The visual style is hard to control, with few resources for inspiration.\n* They surface technical details like code, hosting providers, and github integrations.\n* They charge per edit, so finishing a large marketing site is expensive.\n\nThere’s no major AI tool focused on making polished websites for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and marketers. That’s what we’re building.\n\n**The Solution**\\\nRepaint is an AI website builder designed to get you to a finished site, not just a starting point.\n\n* **It starts by learning about you.** Repaint interviews you about your business, what pages you need, and what style you're going for. It can research your company online and import existing content.\n* **You control the style.** You can pick a theme, provide reference links, and upload inspiration images. Or, you can let Repaint design it for you.\n* **It generates a complete site.** Repaint makes full websites with your real information. And it can recreate the same pages from an existing website.\n* **You edit with chat.** Restyle the whole site, add pages, update info across every page, redesign sections.\n* **It writes real code.** So it can build things template-based builders can't like custom animations, interactive components, calculators, and complex forms.\n* **Flat monthly pricing.** No per-edit credits.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=98979&key=user_uploads/1045360/65931443-8184-450c-876c-89dcaf327f5f)\n\nWe opened Repaint about a month ago, and we’ve had hundreds of people make sites for tons of different businesses including YC startups, bakeries, cycling coaches, and more.\n\n**Our Background**\\\nRepaint is actually our second website builder. During YC S23, we built a different website builder with a drag-and-drop interface inspired by Figma. Despite our best efforts, we never got it off the ground. The existing website builders were already heavily optimized, and the AI wave was rapidly making manual no-code tools obsolete.\n\nBut those years gave us deep expertise in web layout, editor UX, and what actually makes people give up on building a site. We think that's exactly what AI website building needs — not just better models, but a team that understands the challenges well enough to make it reliable.\n\n**Our Ask**\\\nIf you or someone you know needs a website, you can try it at [repaint.com](https://repaint.com)\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=98979&key=user_uploads/1045360/3fb2e2fb-d58e-41a9-89a1-c8afe08c8e21)\n\n",

It makes Vigilant a strong choice for startups looking to monitor their product without a massive investment in learning and integration.\n\n[You can try it yourself here](https://vigilant.run)\n\nㅤ\n\n# **Why Vigilant?**\n\nHowdy, I’m Ben Shumaker, the cofounder of Vigilant. I cofounded Vigilant with my best friend, Izak Fritz. Our goal is to make observability easier.\n\nAfter experiencing the frustrations of juggling multiple observability tools at Robinhood and using painfully clunky default options in our cloud providers, we grew tired of tools that seemed designed for experts. Most dedicated platforms assume you already have tons of specialized knowledge about what to monitor and how—but most developers don’t know.\n\nWe built Vigilant to be the first observability tool prioritizing simplicity, not just comprehensive features.\n\nㅤ\n\n# **The Problem**\n\nObservability platforms feel overwhelming, end-to-end:\n\n* Complex agent installation and configuration requirements\n* Huge variety of integration methods without clear guidance\n* Cluttered interfaces full of random information and endless configurations\n* Tedious manual queries for simple searches and graphs\n* Multi-variable pricing that's unpredictable and expensive\n\nㅤ\n\n# **Our Solution**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=89065&key=user_uploads/1045360/86936056-dc52-4c4e-8178-7f518ea9c0ad)\n\nVigilant is the opposite of a traditional observability tool:\n\n* SDK-based integration that only requires a few lines of application code\n* Auto-capture so you can send logs and errors without changing every file\n* Smart defaults that minimize setup time\n* Focused interface that surfaces relevant info, and nests complexity\n* Genuinely predictable pricing with a simple equation\n\nㅤ\n\n# **How It Works**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=89065&key=user_uploads/1045360/fbb74c68-1c6a-4611-9ec7-5fa85719d2ce)\n\n1. **Installation** – Download our SDK for your tech stack\n2. **Integration** – Add a few lines to start sending logs, errors, or metrics\n3. **Manage in Vigilant** – After you've sent data, you view it and search it in Vigilant\n4. **Build Dashboards** – Create graphs and counters to visualize your data\n5. **Get Notifications** – Use integrations to get alerts when issues occur\n\nㅤ\n\n## **Ready to Simplify Your Observability?**\n\nYou can try Vigilant entirely on our free tier. Previously, JP Morgan software engineer. Computer science at the University of Michigan.\n\nWe met over a decade ago playing Magic the Gathering in Holland, Michigan.\n\n### **😓 The Problem:**\n\nMaking websites is hard. To make a website today, you either:\n\n1. Learn html, css, and javascript –> Months of learning, hours of coding to make minor changes\n2. Use a template website builder –> Can’t customize, get a generic website\n\nMeanwhile, there’s thousands of designers who can make pixel-perfect mockups, but then they have to pass it off to a coder who can actually build it.\n\n### **💫The Solution:**\n\n[AutoEmber](https://autoember.com) - a visual design tool that makes real websites\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73608&key=user_uploads/1045360/6d4a6b5f-aab5-4949-ac45-737d003cb4c7)\n\nWe spent the last couple months building a web app that lets anyone make a custom website, end to end, without coding. The user experience:\n\n1. Make an account\n2. Design your website in the editor\n3. Push “Publish”\n\nToday, you could make a good looking website with a few pages in a couple hours. We’re constantly adding features to make it more 🥧 easy, 💪 powerful, and 💅 pretty\n\n### **Who its for:**\n\nYou’ll find it especially useful if you’re: \n\n* A designer who uses tools like Figma\n* A backend dev who doesn’t like frontend\n* A business owner who wants a custom website without coding\n\nBut anyone making a website should check it out.\n\n### **How you can help**\n\nGive it a try! It’s free. We love feedback. [AutoEmber.com](http://AutoEmber.com)\n\nIf you’re in the market for a website, please reach out! We’d be happy to help you design your website. "body": "### TLDR:\n\nWe are building [Revideo](https://re.video/), a web-based open-source framework that lets you create videos using the animation library Motion Canvas. It exposes basic video & audio editing functionality through a typescript API and lets you render videos with dynamic inputs. You can find our code on [**Github**](https://github.com/redotvideo/revideo)!\n\n### **The Problem:**\n\nWe believe that AI will drastically change how people produce video and that huge amounts of video will soon be created in an automated manner. Initially, we wanted to build applications in this space ourselves and started to work on a few ideas. For example, we worked on an AI-based app to automatically create highlight videos for Twitch streamers, as well as a platform that lets companies A/B test video ads.\n\nWhile building these products, we noticed that we weren’t really happy with the tooling we used. Most video editing frameworks lacked essential features, and the tools we liked were not open source. Therefore, we decided to build Revideo.\n\n### **The Solution:**\n\nWe built Revideo by extending the animation library Motion Canvas and adding features that are essential for automatically creating videos. These features include support for audio, substantially faster video rendering, and an API for programmatically rendering videos with dynamic inputs.\n\nHere is a code example of a basic video created with Revideo:\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=80105&key=user_uploads/1023703/4f0ca7c8-30c6-402a-a087-2b2829275c40)\n\nThe code above produces the following result:\n\n<https://youtu.be/FGeujyec7_g>\n\n### **Our Asks:**\n\n* Check out [Revideo](https://github.com/redotvideo/revideo) on Github and give us a ⭐ if you like it!\n* We’d love to chat with anyone building video products! "title": "Haven: Fine-tune and run open source LLMs super fast ⚡",
"tagline": "Haven lets you build open source LLMs that are specialized for specific tasks",
"body": "# TLDR:\n\nWe are excited to launch [Haven](https://haven.run/)’s fine-tuning platform for open source LLMs!\n\n* Haven lets you fine-tune open source LLMs such as Llama or Mistral without writing code or setting up infrastructure. We charge $0.004/1k training tokens, and you get $5 in free credits after signing up\n* You can host models for testing with <1s cold start times. We achieve this by running hundreds of model adapters on a single GPU and hot-swapping them based on user requests (will write more about this in a blog post)\n\nYou can get started [**here**](https://app.haven.run/) - alternatively, reach out to [**hello@haven.run**](https://app.haven.run/) or watch our [demo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpyVKUyt7k8) if you want to learn more!\n\n### **The Problem**\n\nOver the last months, we’ve identified two big pain points that make it hard to work with open source models:\n\n1. Open source models work best when they are trained for specific use cases, but the fine-tuning process with existing tools is super annoying. We have found that most of our time is spent setting up infrastructure to go from finishing a training run to actually testing our models, rather than actually writing code and improving our models\n2. Hosting custom models is expensive. Running a single Llama-7B model in float16 requires at minimum an A10 GPU, which costs $700+ per month. To run ten or a hundred specialized models for common tasks, this would mean that we have a monthly AWS bill of $7,000 or $70,000, respectively.\n\n### **The Solution**\n\nHaven’s platform offers a super simple way to fine-tune models without managing infrastructure or writing code, and to test and run them with low costs and without any additional work.\n\nWe are able to provide a super short feedback loop of going from training to running a fine-tuned model by hosting multiple lora adapters in parallel. This makes it possible for us to host hundreds of fine-tuned models on-demand on a single GPU. For our users, this reduced model cold start times to <1s and internally, we are able to host a single fine-tuned model for a couple of dollars per month. We also enable our users to export their model weights to Huggingface, so that they can run models entirely on their terms.\n\n### **Our Ask**\n\nFeel free to check out our [**platform**](https://app.haven.run/) and give us feedback! After signing up, you’ll receive $5 in credits to train a couple of models :) We are also happy to answer questions at [**hello@haven.run**](https://app.haven.run/)",

"title": "🔮 Haven - Run LLMs on Your Own Cloud",
"tagline": "Haven makes it easy to deploy LLMs on your own infrastructure",
"body": "**TL;DR:** Haven makes it easy to deploy LLMs in your GCP / AWS environment. We provide the user experience of serverless solutions like Replicate or Huggingface Inference Endpoints - but instead of running your models on Haven’s servers, we just manage your infrastructure for you. This gives you full control over your data and you get to use your precious cloud credits!\n\n### **🤕 The Problem**\n\nMany companies want to use large language models but do not want to rely on third-party providers as it makes them dependent on external services and comes with significant privacy risks.\n\nHowever, deploying models in-house is just not easy: engineers have to figure out CUDA environments, write and containerize efficient serving code, and expose it as an API server. And let’s not even talk about scalability…\n\nHaven solves this problem. We offer the simplicity, reliability, and scalability of third-party providers while allowing our users to securely run models on their own infrastructure.\n\n### **🤯 How It Works**\n\nHaven is built on top of Kubernetes, which makes it easy to scale and reliable in production settings. Deploying a model with Haven consists of just three steps:\n\n**1\\. Upload a Service Account Key**\n\nUploading a service account key gives Haven permission to manage your cloud resources for you. Under the hood, Haven will now set up a Kubernetes cluster running in your cloud environment.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73716&key=user_uploads/1023703/6b35bcd0-f0f5-4f4b-b3ab-dbb6a46261ff)\n\n**2\\. Configure Your Deployment**\n\nYou can now choose your model, select the GPUs you want it to run on, and configure the scaling behavior of your deployment. Haven will accordingly set up the model in your Kubernetes cluster.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73716&key=user_uploads/1023703/59c94edb-14a5-4e4e-b173-a4b19223ebdb)\n\n**3\\. Enjoy Your Model**\n\nYour LLM is up and running in minutes! Our deployments offer super-fast inference and advanced features like input batching for efficient serving. This way, you can immediately integrate them into your application.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73716&key=user_uploads/1023703/773c461a-05ba-48b2-ba96-6b4c88d23cbf)\n\n### **💪 The Team**\n\nWe’re Konstantin and Justus. "body": "**tl;dr:** _Vango makes it 10x easier to build and evaluate Stable Diffusion workflows in your app. Developers use Vango to deploy Stable Diffusion in minutes and achieve high-quality images faster than any existing solution._\n\n_Hello world_ — Eshaan and Rajen here!\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74170&key=user_uploads/887154/c555fc75-23e2-4ba7-9384-8d74b8378765)\n\nWe’re thrilled to show y’all what we’ve been working on, let’s begin!\n\n### 🐷 Problem:\n\nWe’ve all seen how unique, highly customizable, and beautiful AI art can be — **but it’s incredibly tedious to deploy and maintain Stable Diffusion in your app.**\n\nBuilding apps on top of stable diffusion is an unnecessarily tedious and manual process. You have to:\n\n* **Select the right models, hyperparameters, and prompts:** These have huge impact on the content, quality, and style of outputs. To achieve the best results, developers spend hours testing each model, parameter, or prompt individually.\n* **Add guardrails:** Ensuring that your model does not generate unintended NSFW or discriminatory images takes hours of careful testing.\n* **Deploy on GPUs:** Like everything in AI right now, developers must obtain and configure a juicy high-VRAM GPU to run Stable Diffusion fast.\n\n \n\n### **💜 Solution:**\n\n**Vango empowers developers to build and evaluate stable diffusion models faster than ever.**\n\n## 🧱 Build workflows & deploy as API\n\nWatch us build a corgi generator and deploy it as a scalable API in seconds.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74170&key=user_uploads/887154/36fc2f9f-0d81-4e81-aeca-f849103d2652)\n\n## 🤖 Perfect the hyper-parameters\n\n**Vango helps you evaluate models quantitatively.** Vango will track metrics across thousands of prompts — including NSFW content, crossed eyes, disfigured limbs/fingers, cropped faces, and prompt alignment.\n\n1. Specify your models (either as `.safetensors` or `.ckpt` file, Cog container, API endpoint, or Vango workflow)\n2. Provide us your prompts or _use one of our prompt datasets with thousands of examples_.\n3. Use our quantitative features to learn how models compare\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74170&key=user_uploads/887154/dcd39f7d-6900-4402-91d7-8fc530ca3b0e)\n\nAnd for more granular analysis, you can filter all the images based on failure modes. In the video below, you can see us finding the images that have deformed hands.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=74170&key=user_uploads/887154/6c83e176-d63b-4e23-8cbc-a5cac60bfb2f)\n\n### 🐻 About us:\n\nWe’re best friends, neighbors back home in Maryland, and college roommates (and literally sharing a triple in SF right now)! We’ve been doing class projects + side projects together for over 3 years now 🙉.\n\nEshaan has researched multimodal models at Berkeley AI Research (BAIR), low-compute visual detection systems at NASA JPL, and anomaly detection at Citadel Securities. And Rajen has built wide-ranging software at Amazon, Nuro, Two Sigma, and Solana.\n\nAnd we both graduated from UC Berkeley a year early to work on Vango! We discovered this problem while developing our own diffusion apps after noticing first-hand how AI can help creatives in VFX.\n\n### 📩 Asks:\n\nIf you are (or know anybody that is) building apps with stable diffusion, we’d love to chat and see how we can help! We’re currently onboarding our early partners.\n\nIf you’re interested, sign up for our waitlist [here](https://forms.gle/ExYEf2HTeNBWJfa19) or shoot us an email at [founders@vango.ai](mailto:founders@vango.ai).",

"tagline": "Engineers designing everything from cars to skyscrapers use our software to turn 3D models into the detailed 2D fabrication drawings that manufacturers require.",
"body": "# TLDR\n\nMechanical engineers and designers dedicate around 40% of their time to the labor-intensive process of converting 3D models into 2D fabrication drawings, crucial for manufacturers. Using [**DraftAid**](https://draftaid.io/), teams can automate this process with a single click and:\n\n* Save considerable time\n* Direct their focus toward more value-added tasks\n* Cut down on drawing errors, preventing expensive manufacturing mistakes\n\n# **The problem**\n\nModern design teams initiate their design by 3D modeling. To get their design manufactured, they need to make 2D drawings that look something like this:\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=78878&key=user_uploads/89898/590e3017-c1e8-4987-a30a-2c8469a2a8d6)\n\nMaking 2D drawings for what’s already been modeled in 3D takes up considerable time and energy. Design teams find themselves stuck investing 40% of their time in this manual task. This causes project delays while keeping talented designers busy doing repetitive tasks.\n\nLike any other repetitive manual task, making drawings can also be quite error-prone. Even with accurate designs, errors often sneak in and are only found when fixing them is an expensive endeavor.\n\n# **Enter DraftAid:**\n\nOur innovation streamlines the drafting process making it as effortless as a single click. Once engineers complete their 3D design, a single click swiftly produces a manufacturing-ready 2D drawing within seconds.\n\nThe resulting drawing is entirely editable, allowing engineers to make any necessary adjustments before sending it off for manufacturing.\n\nDraftAid allows teams to slash their current drawing time by up to 90% and eliminate common drawing errors. This not only enhances efficiency but also ensures consistency in drawings throughout the company, improving overall readability.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=78878&key=user_uploads/290663/9f289b2c-ea8a-4f13-9a4e-f317ac9cd804)\n\n# **Meet the Power Trio:**\n\nWe are Mohammed, Abdullah, and Tahsin, a formidable team with a bond forged over three dynamic years of collaboration.\n\nBefore the inception of DraftAid, [**Mohammed Al-arnawoot**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mohammed-al-arnawoot/)’s journey included roles as a software engineer and later as a VP of engineering (@ Emagin, acquired by Innovyze) and a Director (@ Dozr) in several start-ups. Navigating the challenging terrain from pre-seed to Series X.\n\n[**Abdullah Elqabbany**](https://linkedin.com/in/abdullah-elqabbany-8160551a8) is an electro-mechanical engineer who boasts a career marked by the creation of tens of thousands of drawings. Frustrated by the absence of a suitable drawing automation tool in his last role, he took matters into his own hands and built one from scratch.\n\n[**Tahsin Rahman**](https://linkedin.com/in/muhammed-tahsin-rahman) is a distinguished PhD graduate from the University of Toronto, who brings a wealth of experience in developing cutting-edge machine-learning solutions. In his previous role, he spearheaded an engineering team within the Canadian National Defence, crafting an AI-powered cybersecurity solution.\n\n# Our Ask:\n\n* Share our solution with any Construction or Automotive design companies you know.\n* Warm intros to design companies that spend a lot of time making drawings — email us at [mohammed@draftaid.io](mailto:mohammed@draftaid.io).\n* Follow us on [**Linkedin.**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/draftaid)",

"body": "**Update (September 2026):** We've moved on from open source AI infrastructure. Tell Overheard what you're deciding, like how to fix churn or which feature to build next. It talks to your customers by voice and comes back with an answer, with every point linked to the moment a customer said it. Check it out at [withoverheard.com](http://withoverheard.com). The original OpenFoundry launch post is below.\n\n# **tl;dr**\n\nHi everyone! We’re [Tyler Lehman](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tyler-lehman/) and [Arthur Chi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/arthur-chi-000/) from OpenFoundry. **We’re building the fastest developer experience for building on open source AI.** Imagine Hugging Face if it were built from the ground up for startups instead of ML researchers.\n\n**Our first product ([live on GitHub](https://github.com/openfoundry-ai/model_manager)) is a command-line tool to deploy open source models onto your own cloud with a single line of code.**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79580&key=user_uploads/1579075/6f0eccb2-7717-484c-8b4e-070258698d0c)\n\n[Here’s a demo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49ay9Gqbc1U) where we ship Microsoft’s Phi-2 model to our cloud. A couple of lines of code to deploy, and in just minutes the server is ready for inference.\n\n# **🔮 Open source AI is the future**\n\nAI is the new layer in the tech stack. It’s as big a shift as cloud and mobile were two decades ago. **We believe open source AI will dominate this market**. Open source is catching up to the competition, and there’s a compelling business case for it: it’s faster & cheaper for many use cases, it can be self-hosted, and it reduces platform risk.\n\n# **❌ But there’s a big problem: the developer experience is _rough_**\n\nAs great as open source models have become, the developer experience around them is bad. You have to cobble many components together and must trudge through poor documentation, flaky APIs, hacked-together solutions, and clunky cloud configs. **All of this slows developers down.**\n\nIn contrast, closed source companies like OpenAI provide an easy developer platform that just works out of the box with almost zero effort.\n\n**We’ve talked to many startups who are interested in moving more of their workloads onto open source models, but they feel stuck** with their expensive closed source solutions because it’s so painful to switch.\n\n# **✅ We’re solving this by making the experience effortless**\n\nOpenFoundry makes working with open source AI awesome so that it’s as easy to fine-tune, deploy, and scale products on open source models as it is on OpenAI.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79580&key=user_uploads/1579075/8a7ebec0-82cc-44e3-b7b2-8a8dab90b519)\n\nWith OpenFoundry, you’ll be able to:\n\n* **Ship to your cloud in just a few lines of code** _\\[We’re starting here!\\]_\n* **Find the best models, datasets, and practices for your use cases**\n* **Prototype and fine-tune in minutes**\n\nWithin the first week of launching we **already have customers putting critical workloads into production with our first product**. Several customers have even asked to invest in us, which we see as a clear sign that we’re building something important that people want.\n\n# **💪 We’ve done this before**\n\n**We built developer tools and communities at our previous jobs!** Prior to YC, Tyler built developer platforms for Instagram and WhatsApp that are used by more than a million developers. Arthur built large-scale APIs at Slack for products used by more than 350K customers.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=79580&key=user_uploads/1579075/66b3d66c-f252-49d5-b466-e198fcc4da2b)\n\nWe’ve spent the last several months building products with open source AI and know first-hand the challenges of getting everything to work together. We’re excited to build a first-class developer experience to make building on AI faster.\n\n# **🎤 Our ask**\n\nWe’re excited to talk to more startups building with AI who are already using open source models or are interested in learning how to build on them!\n\nWe’d love to chat! This means the bottleneck will shift from R&D, to the scale-up of these new recipes. Unfortunately, designing these production systems and making sure they can be operated safely is an expensive and labor-intensive ordeal that involves thousands of pages of drawings where one mistake can cause millions of dollars in rework or even disasters. Outerport solves this by helping engineering firms automate the design of the industrial control systems needed for production scale-up, using a domain-specific language for electrical design with thousands of unit tests that verify performance, and building simulators that can ingest already built schematics of plants to help automate comissioning and help train operators to prevent costly mistakes.",

Onlook’s open-source visual editor was the **[**#1 trending repo**](https://github.com/onlook-dev/onlook/)** on GitHub, and has over 6.8k stars.**\n\n➡️ [Try Onlook today](http://onlook.com/download?utm_source=launch_yc&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=yc_launch) ⬅️\n\nHere’s a [sneak peak of what it’s like to design with Onlook.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDity8UrIxE)\n\nHey there, we’re Daniel and Kiet, and we’re building Onlook ([onlook.com](http://onlook.com/?utm_source=launch_yc&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=yc_launch)), the Cursor for Designers. \n\n### **The Problem**\n\nThere have been many attempts at solving the problem of design to dev handoff. But for so many tools in the market, there was always compromise. Either the tools were too complex for designers or too cumbersome for engineers to implement.\n\nThey were all built to abstract away code, but we’re in a new era of product development—where code isn’t the barrier. The real challenge is giving builders the best way to work with it. In other words, creating things with code has become more of a UX problem than a technical one.\n\n### **Our Solution**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87467&key=user_uploads/137575/f4e651b1-8cc2-4f41-8512-09500cf2cd0d)\n\nOur product can be best described as a visual IDE – you can either start with building a new app from a prompt, or import your existing NextJS / Tailwind app with Onlook. Once you run your app, you can start designing the interface directly as it’s rendered.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87467&key=user_uploads/137575/7a85a948-73c8-418f-9420-155cdec6d2de)\n\nWant to change a color? Want to move a div? Want to create a new page? You can do it yourself, or ask Onlook’s AI chat to do it for you. Because everything is one-to-one in code, you’re creating the real product with your edits, and you can always right-click to view your code in your preferred code editor.\n\nAnd, when you’re ready to share your creation with the world, you can host your project through Onlook with just a click.\n\n### **How we got here**\n\nWe started Onlook because we had experienced both sides of the design / engineering gap. Daniel has been a designer for over a decade, and Kiet was an engineer at ServiceNow and Amazon working directly with designers. \n\nKiet reached out to Daniel on YC’s Cofounder matching platform after starting the company in January of 2024, and shortly after we decided to team up and work together. If you’re looking for a cofounder, we [wrote a bit](https://onlook.substack.com/p/how-to-find-a-cofounder) about that process that you may find useful on our company Substack. \n\nWe [launched on Hacker News](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40904862) and the project quickly earned over 1k GitHub stars. People were compelled by the idea of an open-source visual editor for code, and it felt like the timing was right. Since launching, we’ve continued to refine our editor to make it even better, and have since earned **6.8k stars**, tons of contributions.\n\nAlso, Onlook was recently ranked as the **#1 trending repo on GitHub**!\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87467&key=user_uploads/137575/79a6fb56-14c8-4c1e-b815-9261e651199a)\n\n### **Use Onlook**\n\nYou can get started today by [downloading Onlook](http://onlook.com/download?utm_source=launch_yc&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=yc_launch). \n\nPeople use Onlook for **prototyping ideas**, for **building their product**, and for **hosting their website**. We’re tired of seeing people make generic AI slop so we built a platform to make beautiful visual assets with AI.\n\n**TLDR**\n\nStewdio is a collaborative platform for creative teams to use all the generative tools to make stunning images and videos with AI.\n\nTry our platform if you want to use AI to generate beautiful visuals. Use code **LETMECOOK** to get 20% off for 3 months.\n\nWe are also an AI-first creative agency. If you think our launch video is cool, reach out to [founders@stewdio.ai](mailto:founders@stewdio.ai) so we can make one for you.\n\nhttps://youtu.be/ZD4Vuk96P54\n\n**😵‍💫 Problem: Too many subscriptions and too little control**\n\n1. Right now, image and video models and tools are scattered across 10+ platforms (Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Flux, Sora, etc.)\n2. The dominant turn-based chat interface makes organizing assets and ideas a mess\n3. Generation feels like a slot machine. Trying the same prompt over and over again to get the perfect result is not only expensive but also draining\n\n**😆 Solution: Realtime Collaborative Canvas**\n\n1. All the best image and video models are in one place, with one subscription\n2. A Figma-like multiplayer canvas workspace to organize assets, work in parallel, and let ideas flow (no more 2-minute freeze and digging through the chat history)\n3. Fine-grained image editing features like inpaint, creative expand, and upscale. So generation no longer feels like pulling a slot machine\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=92515&key=user_uploads/1946061/bf7b204c-5226-4f0a-8d88-086451701ab5)\n\n🤼‍♂️ **Team: Creative Technologists**\n\nJZ (CEO): Brown CS, started a consumer AI startup in college, hackathon winner, music producer.\n\nBlake (CPO): Brown CS + Film grad, took a consumer AI startup for 0 to 1 as a founding engineer, won festivals as a filmmaker before startup.\n\nWe became friends in college while making music videos together. We are as much creatives as we are technologists, so we are super excited to see our users use our platform to make music video + visualizers (including work for Quavo and Loco), advertising storyboards, and architectural renderings. Hope to see your work soon!\n\n🙏 **Ask:**\n\n1. Try the platform yourself\n2. Reach out to [founders@stewdio.ai](mailto:founders@stewdio.ai) if you need beautiful videos",

"body": "Hey guys! We are Blake and JZ - co-founders of Cekura.\n\n## ⏳TL;DR\n\nCekura built an AI browser agent that can read how-to articles and navigate the product to verify if the articles are still valid. It saves documentation/customer success teams at SaaS companies hundreds of hours per week.\n\n<https://youtu.be/JJR7hz3dPaQ>\n\n## 😱 Problem: Things Break When You Move Fast\n\nThe engineering team is releasing a new feature — hoorayyy! Guess who’s not excited — the documentation team. So many help articles are no longer up-to-date. They are now faced with 2 options:\n\n1. Finding and reading through all the relevant product help articles (this will take literally 100+ hours of manual labor per week for some companies), or\n2. Hoping that a dissatisfied customer will file a complaint instead of quietly churning.\n\n## 🤩 Solution: AI Documentation Checker\n\nCekura’s browser agent will check if your documentation is up-to-date by following the instructions in your documentation like a real user! It can:\n\n1. Set up proper sandbox environment (i.e. admin vs non-admin users)\n2. Perform actions like a real person (reading the page, scrolling, clicking, etc)\n3. Record session replays to show you exactly what was wrong with the documentation\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=85776&key=user_uploads/1690295/a8b33dd1-efb0-40d5-87cc-d14c798c563a)\n\n## 🤝 Team\n\nBlake and JZ both graduated from Brown with a computer science degree this year. They worked on countless projects together, ranging from independent creative projects to a consumer startup with thousands of users (known by batchmates as the team that pivoted from making music videos to AI browser agents).\n\n## 🙏 Our Ask\n\nDo you work at a SaaS company with a huge knowledge base of help documentation? Email [founders@cekura.io](mailto:founders@cekura.io) to put documentation maintenance on autopilot!",

After seven years of building our own apps, we’ve spent the last five months working tirelessly to supercharge a0 – and now, thanks to that effort, we’re all going to make apps.\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74ZzymZO7fw\n\n### **So what’s new in Phase 1?**\n\nTo start, we created the world's fastest iOS build process - literally seconds from code to installable app on your phone.\n\nThis lead into One-click App Store submission that handles all the Apple provisioning nightmare for you\n\nWe also shipped lots of improvements to our code-gen like Agent Mode with thinking capabilities that can read files, search context, and solve complex problems.\n\nAnd we built-in payments support to a0.dev so you can start monetizing your apps immediately\n\nYou can read the full breakdown in our [blog post](https://a0.dev/blog/phase-1-wagma).\n\n### Isn’t \\____\\_ already doing this?\n\nWe know AI app builders are a popular idea these days. We were the first to launch an AI mobile app builder and have seen many competitors pop up after us, some even from YC. To us, it’s just more proof that this idea is worth working on. We’re taking a different approach to building a0 that comes from our experience as app developers and we’re confident it will be the correct one.\n\nWe didn't just build another no-code tool. We built an AI-native platform that wraps the entire app development experience from idea -> app store. Our agent builds beautiful UI and even handles the back-end. Combined with instant iOS builds, we're removing every friction point between idea and getting your app on the store.\n\nThe response from our first launch has been incredible - 100k+ developers are shipping apps faster than ever with a0.\n\nOur new mantra is WAGMA: We Are All Gonna Make Apps , because we genuinely believe with a0 everyone has the power to get to the app store.\n\nWelcome to Phase 1.",

"body": "Hey everyone, we’re [Seth](https://x.com/sethsetse) and [Ayo](https://x.com/TheDonAyo) and – co-founders of [a0.dev](http://a0.dev)\n\n**tl;dr**\n\n[a0.dev](http://a0.dev) is the fastest way to build React Native apps.\n\nWe generate the **entire front end** of your app for you—navigation, state management, and UI screens, all set up and ready to go.\n\nNeed to prototype a single screen instead? We also built a Component Generator, like **v0 but for React Native**, so you can quickly create and export screens with clean, production-ready code. Check out a quick demo video👇.\n\n<https://youtu.be/GXVqQHJCCac>\n\n# **The Problem:** _Building Apps is Hard_\n\nLaunching a mobile app is much harder than releasing a website. Setting up your project, coding every screen, managing state, and integrating the backend can take **weeks**.\n\nAnd if you’re building for iOS, you need a Mac to run Xcode, deal with provisioning profiles, and compile your app—just to test it.\n\n[**a0.dev**](http://a0.dev) removes these barriers. We generate your app’s front end in minutes and let you preview it right away—no Mac, no complicated setup, no waiting.\n\n# **Our Solutions:**\n\n**#1 Full App Generator –** Build a complete React Native app\n\n[a0.dev](http://a0.dev) takes care of the entire front end of your mobile app—so you can go from idea to working UI in minutes.\n\n✅ **Instant App Generation** – Describe your app, and we generate a complete React Native project with navigation, state management, and essential UI screens.\n\n✅ **Live Preview & Hosting** – Share your app instantly with anyone, no need for TestFlight or manual builds. We host your app so you can test and iterate faster.\n\n✅ **Remote Development Environment** – Work on your app from anywhere via an SSH-powered cloud IDE, with real-time reload and collaboration.\n\n🚀 **Faster to Market** – We’re proving that high-quality mobile apps can be built in record time. We both shipped fully functional apps to the App Store in **under 24 hours** using [a0.dev](http://a0.dev).\n\n\\\n**Check out our demo** where we made a chess timer app in <10 minutes.\n\n[**https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_upRVS63Fk**](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_upRVS63Fk)\\\n\\\n**#2 Component Generator –** Like **v0, but for React Native**\n\nAlready have an app or need to quickly prototype a single screen? Our Component Generator lets you create custom React Native UI screens in seconds.\n\nWhile our focus is on building entire apps, our component generator helps you iterate and test ideas **faster than ever.** Try it out [here](https://a0.dev).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87417&key=user_uploads/1607594/35f5044d-d40a-4dba-8fb7-71ef8ffddc7c)\n\n**Our Story & Vision**\n\nWe started as indie app developers, making side income with apps generating up to $14k MRR. But we realized how hard it was for others to do the same. Our goal is to make mobile app development even easier than building websites. We want more people to be able to make a living creating and selling their own software. [a0.dev](http://a0.dev) is the platform we wish we had when we started—and now we’re building it for you.\n\n**Our Ask**\n\n* If you’re a mobile app developer who wants to make a new app or an aspiring app developer looking to enter the scene, contact us and try a0, we’ll help you create and launch your app in < 3 days.\n\n**Get Started**\n\n* Try our Component and Full App Generator at <https://a0.dev>\n* Follow our journey on X: <https://x.com/a0_dev>\n\n_Need to reach the founders?_\n\nEmail: [**founders@a0.dev**](mailto:founders@a0.dev)",

Our first launch is our Text to CAD editor. Some of our early users have called it the **Vercel V0 for CAD**. You simply put a prompt in on our web-app and we generate a parametric CAD file for you. Check out our fun promo vid 👇.\\\n\\\nhttps://youtu.be/Pw6KGqgygqw\n\n**TL;DR:**\n\n* 🔧 Use our **Text-to-CAD** model to accelerate your mechanical design workflows\n* 🪛 Adjust the **Parametric CAD** with our dynamically generated sliders\n* 🛠 Export and **ready to 3D print in seconds**\n\n### **Problem**\n\n**Slow**\\\nLegacy CAD software is weighed down by antiquated UX and outdated geometry rendering from the early 90s.\n\n**Repetitive** \\\nMechanical engineers and design professionals spend hours everyday restarting projects due to rigid workflows. The current tools are clunky and slow to iterate in meaning the iteration process is greatly slowed down.\n\n**Demands significant expertise**\\\nThe complexity of CAD tools hinders rapid prototyping and wider adoption.\n\n### \n\n### **Solution**\n\nDesign professionals spend hours every week converting ideas into CAD design and its complexity often creates barriers for both professionals and newcomers. The Adam web-app provides a frictionless experience to start rapidly prototyping and shipping out great ideas.\n\n**We support two different modes of interaction**\n\n_1. Conversational design through chat_\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87143&key=user_uploads/1626462/6c4b0839-2b67-4e55-b857-ae6e11f20703)\n\n_2. Parametric edits through sliders_\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87143&key=user_uploads/1626462/e97bde5c-d49a-4be9-b1b0-4e0fc329a5fa)\n\n### **One more thing..**\n\nWe are building an Adam Co-Pilot that integrates seamlessly within professional-grade CAD workflows. Think of this as the **Cursor for CAD.** It takes in the context of your CAD environment and is able to make directed edits for you. Check out an early prototype (more on this to come…)!\\\n\\\nhttps://www.loom.com/share/7c945465a21e4fb7abfd557299be4925\n\n### **We are on a mission to remove the friction between engineering and reality so more great ideas come into existence.**\n\n👉 If you resonate, please reach out to us here: [founders@adamcad.com](mailto:founders@adamcad.com)\n\n<3\\\nCheck out our website: [www.adamcad.com](https://www.adamcad.com/)\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=87143&key=user_uploads/1626462/d50e9f22-e38f-4a6d-b0b7-eea7dedcba0a)\n\n",

"body": "Hey everyone! We’re [Siddhartha](https://www.linkedin.com/in/siddhartha-javvaji-23b81617a) and [Pratham](https://www.linkedin.com/in/prathamhombal/), co-founders of [Stratify](https://www.trystratify.com) and we’re saving companies millions by helping them understand their users better.\n\n# **TL;DR**\n\nFailing to understand _what_ your users truly want can kill a company. Stratify uses AI agentic workflows to instantly recruit participants, conduct dynamic user interviews, analyze responses, and provide actionable feedback. With simple queries like \"What do users think of our new checkout flow?\" or “Which prototype resonates most with users?”, Stratify delivers authentic customer feedback within a few hours.\n\n[Stratify Launch Video](https://youtu.be/j0Py7pKyuy4)\n\n---\n\n# **🤦‍♂️ The User Research Problem**\n\n**Here's the brutal truth**: 90% of product failures happen because teams don't truly understand their users. You can’t really blame them because traditional user research **is broken**:\n\n1. **💸 Focus groups are expensive:** $15K+ for 8 people in a room for 2 hours. Half of them drop out last minute, and you're left wondering if these insights represent your actual users.\n2. **📅 Manual interviews take weeks:** Booking user interviews feels like herding cats. Calendars stay empty for weeks while your launch deadline approaches. And big ideas _cannot_ wait.\n3. **📝 Surveys are unresponsive and impersonal:** Generic forms with dropdown menus can't capture the _why_ behind user behavior. You get some data, but absolutely no story.\n\n**The result?** Teams ship based on assumptions, not insights. Features flop. Users churn. Millions of dollars wasted.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90668&key=user_uploads/2549216/0e975083-d540-4aed-91ac-ea337164777b)\n\n---\n\n# **✨ Introducing Stratify**\n\nWhat if you could ask \"What do users think of our new product?\" and get answers from hundreds of real users in under a few hours? That's exactly what Stratify does.\n\n1. **🚀 Define your Research Questions:**\n\n Simply describe what you want to learn about your product or upload product materials: _\"How do millennials feel about our pricing?\"_ Our vetted AI researcher transforms your query into a comprehensive study framework in seconds.\n2. **🎯 Smart Participant Matching:**\n\n Set demographic and behavioral parameters or simply specify a query like \"U.S., Gen Z, Online Shopper, Foodie\". Our AI automatically finds the perfect participants from our network of millions of real users or directly within your own company’s customers.\n3. **🎥 Uncover Real Insights:**\n\n Watch our AI agents conduct hundreds of interviews simultaneously, asking follow-up questions that dynamically adapt to each participant’s unique responses. Uncover the _why_ behind user behaviors that surveys and focus groups miss completely.\n4. **🧠 Instant Analysis:**\n\n Transform hours of interview content into actionable intelligence instantly. Search conversations semantically, generate reports and slides presentations, or simply chat with your data to find exactly what you need to know.\n\n---\n\n---\n\n# **🎉 Our Ask**\n\n* **🚀 Building something new?** Try Stratify before your next feature launch, whether that’s your website, onboarding flow, product prototypes, etc. It could save you months of building the wrong thing—seriously.\n* **💬 Know any product managers, product designers, or founders?** They'd love this. User research is their biggest pain point.\n* **🙌 Support us** with a follow or share. Every bit helps us reach more teams who are tired of guessing what users want.\n\n---\n\n# **👥 The Team**\n\n[**Siddhartha**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/siddhartha-javvaji-23b81617a) (CEO) and [**Pratham**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/prathamhombal) (CTO) have studied computer science at Stanford, where they’ve conducted AI and high performance compute research at renowned labs. They met in their freshman dorm at Stanford and have been roommates and building together since.\n\nThey’ve been in your shoes. They’ve launched features that flopped, ignored user feedback until it was too late, and learned the hard way that assumptions kill products. Now they’re making sure no other team has to learn it the hard way.\n\n---\n\n---\n\n---\n\n---\n\n**_Users have opinions. Are you listening?_**\n\n* **Try Stratify:** [https://www.trystratify.com](https://www.trystratify.com/%5C)\n* **Questions?:** [sid@trystratify.com](mailto:sid@trystratify.com) & [pratham@trystratify.com](mailto:pratham@trystratify.com)\n\n ",

It felt like a constant game of telephone to get our agents the right context from the DOM, codebase, and how it actually looked.\\\n\\\nThat’s why we built **Inspector**, an AI IDE for front-end that connects your browser and codebase. Inspector lets you **select elements visually** and **prompt changes**, giving coding agents access to the same runtime context developers have: **visuals, elements, and logs**. With Inspector, you’re editing right in the front-end, not buried under tabs and screenshots.\n\n# \n\n# **Inspector lets you:**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95471&key=user_uploads/1799847/3679fe55-2611-4093-9ef5-bc6d6cfbe022)\n\n**Take DOM-aware screenshots** that snap to elements and **auto-attach to chat.**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95471&key=user_uploads/1799847/7673c2d3-c252-442c-8714-32468eeee92b)\n\nClick elements to use **their exact place in your codebase** as context for your agent run.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95471&key=user_uploads/1799847/4a9af745-7468-4584-88ae-3ad98c89a426)\n\nUse the terminal tool to **attach DevTools terminal output** straight to the conversation.\n\n# **Our Ask:**\n\n* If you’re a front-end dev, **check out Inspector** at [tryinspector.com](http://tryinspector.com) \n* Let us watch you code. You can program your robot out of the box by literally talking to it, no coding involved.\n\nRobots running Lightberry are:\n\n* emotionally intelligent\n* always on\n* fully autonomous\n\nJust like in Star Wars!\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJZ3pcFyfg4\n\n### **Why?**\n\nWe’ve seen robots on stage: folding laundry, serving popcorn, doing backflips… But before robots get deployed in homes, offices, and shops, they need to become good at **interacting with people**.\n\nSlapping ChatGPT realtime on it is not enough, every manufacturer tried that already. It responds to every little noise, lacks personality, and needs to be teleoperated.\n\nLightberry makes robots **contextually aware**, **customizable**, and **autonomous**.\n\n_We’ll let our robot Mini-Pi say it in its words:_\n\n[**https://youtu.be/e1gD57WY74s**](https://youtu.be/e1gD57WY74s**)\n\n### **Is it just a voice pipeline on top of a robot?**\n\nNo. Lightberry robots have agency. They **decide** when they want to speak or move. Our robots can **see the world** around them, **navigate it** without hitting obstacles, and have an internal **monologue of thoughts**.\n\n_Here’s our robot Koko’s hot-take:_\n\n[**https://youtu.be/Y7SN58Cdvs4**](https://youtu.be/Y7SN58Cdvs4**)\n\n### **What can your robots do?**\n\nRobots running Lightberry are being deployed to interact with people: homes, offices, shops, conferences, etc. Our software works on many different robots: Unitree G1, Fourier GR-2/N1, Booster T1/K1, High Torque Mini-Pi/Mini-Pi+ …\n\n_Here are a few robots we’ve deployed Lightberry on – meet Koko, Synthia, Alfred, Blake, Minnie, and Bradford:_\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95161&key=user_uploads/187048/60dd09f1-41ed-488c-bb73-546727f5d606)\n\n### **Ask**\n\n**We want to deploy as many robots in the real world as possible.** If you want to:\n\n* Hire a robot for a people-facing gig (conference, sales, marketing, receptionist, concierge…)\n* Integrate Lightberry into your robot (if you’re building hardware!)\n\n**Please email us at [founders@lightberry.com](mailto:founders@lightberry.com).**\n\nThanks,\n\n[**@Ali Attar**](https://bookface.ycombinator.com/user/255747) & [**@Stephan Koenigstorfer**](https://bookface.ycombinator.com/user/187048)\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95161&key=user_uploads/187048/c6837400-65bf-4cb7-a943-52615e648ae8)\n\n_Yes, it walks around me!_",

"body": "**TLDR:** Product designers own the look and feel of their app’s interface with Rivet’s visual AI tools. No more waiting for engineers. Point at any element in your live product, change it, and ship it yourself. Rivet translates precise design intent into clean, reviewable code you can merge.\n\n# [→ Try Rivet today at rivet.design](https://rivet.design)\n\n# **Watch a customer polish their product with Rivet:**\n\nHere’s an example of how [Item](https://www.item.app/) (a design-first, AI native CRM) used Rivet to refine details in their UI.\n\n1. **Select any element** on a web application. Use your styles to change it.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=94987&key=user_uploads/206350/344678ec-87c2-4928-a80d-fed1f623d329)\n\n2. **Refine your UI**. Change spacing, colors, layouts. Get it pixel-perfect.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=94987&key=user_uploads/206350/6d172766-1402-44fa-952a-9d3d5dd067ae)\n\n3. **Ship it.** When you’re done, Rivet pushes quality code to your repo just like a frontend engineer on your team would.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=94987&key=user_uploads/206350/2da40da6-c814-4bb7-90d3-396c4995a894)\n\n# **The problem: Design debt piles up, even at the best companies.**\n\nEvery software company has a growing list of polish issues that never get fixed.\n\n* Broken loading states\n* Buttons that look wrong on mobile\n* Colors that don't match your app’s styles\n* Spacing that's off by 4px\n\nProduct designers live in these details, and they’ve been gated out of making real changes to real apps. Instead, they spend time crafting details that get lost when it comes to implementation.\n\nRivet helps designers own the quality of their interface, and frees up engineers to do more engineering work.\n\n## **Why I built Rivet**\n\nI’m a repeat founder and former early product engineer at Snorkel AI. I owned AI products for non-technical users as Snorkel scaled to Series D over 3 years. I started my career as a product designer and built at the intersection of design & engineering for the last 7 years.\n\nI built Rivet because I watched the work of brilliant designers get diluted. I think product designers today are like artists without a paintbrush. They have to ask others to paint for them instead. We should just give product designers a brush, and let them paint their masterpiece in code.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=94987&key=user_uploads/206350/c566632e-8fc8-40c4-9d4c-a867bbfaa557)\n\n# **Designers → Start shipping today!**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=94987&key=user_uploads/206350/4616fcce-815a-4ee8-b1d4-885386e67fe9)\n\n**Are you a product designer?** \n\n# **🎨 [Go to rivet.design and sign up](https://rivet.design)**\n\n**Not a designer? That’s great too!**\n\nSend [rivet.design](https://rivet.design) to your designer and let them start burning down your polish items\n\nYC startups and design studios are already using Rivet to shortcut design handoffs and fix every UI polish item they can think of. Designers are shipping their own work. And engineers are getting their time back.\n\n🟧 **YC deal:** We'll fast-track you off the waitlist & apply a YC discount\n\n✏️ Want to just rant about design handoffs or your growing backlog? As AI coding agents increasingly work in parallel across git worktrees, developers hit painful conflicts — clashing ports, duplicated databases, and fragile per-branch setup. "title": "JSX Tool: In-Browser React IDE",
"tagline": "The AI first IDE for React development",
"body": "**tl;dr**\n\nJSX Tool is an in-browser IDE that creates a common language between developers and AI for building React UIs. Click any element in the browser to jump straight to the relevant line of code and edit it yourself, or provide precise context to an LLM to make updates.\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIIXvN7vhrs\n\n---\n\n---\n\n---\n\n**The Problem**\n\nLLMs have transformed how we write code, yet they consistently struggle with precise UI updates. The common belief is that AI simply doesn’t do well with visual tasks, but the real problem is that we're asking LLMs to understand UI without giving them proper context. They’re great at vibe styling but not great at producing precise UIs.\n\nWhen you prompt an LLM about styling or component changes today, you're describing visual elements through text alone. It's like giving directions without a map. Meanwhile, developers juggle between browser DevTools, their code editor, screenshot tools, and component explorers just to gather enough context to make AI useful for these kinds of tasks.\n\n**Our Solution**\n\nJSX Tool addresses this by letting you click on any element and prompt your LLM with precise DOM context, the exact source component, its styles, and its position in the React hierarchy. Everything happens in one place: inspect, prompt, edit, and see changes instantly. \n\nAnd when AI suggestions aren't quite right, our full IDE is right there in the browser with that same context, so you can jump to the exact line of code you want to edit with a single click. You get the benefits of AI, while keeping the creative control and the nuanced decision-making that UI development demands.\n\nNow developers and AI models share a common language for UI; both can reference the exact same visual elements with clarity, turning LLMs from guessing machines into powerful UI collaborators.\n\n**@Tagging:** In your prompts, you can either type @ and click on a section of your webpage to reference another element relative to the one you’re focused on OR you can type @/ to mention files and directories you want the LLM to have as context in your prompt.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95312&key=user_uploads/3082625/2b76e7e0-6efc-4bb5-8b16-86f1cffd6f08)\n\n**CSS Editor:** JSX Tool has a CSS editor that is nearly as feature-complete as the native CSS style editors found in browser element inspectors. Instead of applying your changes to a single element, you can see how your change to a line of JSX code would be applied globally.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95312&key=user_uploads/3082625/f911aeb0-3a85-4e30-9042-d49fd4a06d61)\n\n**LSP Integrations:** JSX Tool ships with a lightweight IDE for manually editing code, but still an IDE that does some heavy lifting. The JSX Tool IDE integrates in language servers for common React development tasks, so you can have things like type-checking, auto-complete, and linting upon save. We currently ship with LSPs for Typescript, Tailwind, ESLint, and Prettier.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95312&key=user_uploads/3082625/57a590b7-b2c0-41e1-90c3-336c839b7219)\n\nTo learn more or start using the extension, go to [jsxtool.com](https://jsxtool.com)!\n\n_Note: IDE features are currently in app review and will be available in our next release._\n\n**Team**\n\nJamie and Dan grew up in New York City and have been working on projects together for nearly 20 years. Before JSX Tool, we most recently built a mobile app for bypassing news site paywalls.\n\nJamie is a second-time YC founder. Prior to starting JSX Tool, he worked as a Software Engineer at YCombinator on their investor software. He previously co-founded Cheqout, a restaurant technology company that was a part of the YC W21 batch. Prior to his first startup, Jamie worked on Airbnb's China Risk Team.\n\nJamie has had a deep interest in higher-order and visual programming for a while. He previously built a version control system to diff and merge structured, non-textual assets. Many of the technical problems encountered in that project were very similar to those encountered in JSX Tool.\n\nDan worked most recently as a Senior Software Engineer at Everblue, where he led engineering teams building workflow applications to power US government systems. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Sela US. He got his start in tech in the world of React and has since returned to his roots. In a former life, he was a Chef at a James Beard award-winning restaurant.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=95312&key=user_uploads/89898/dc4d88be-c544-45e6-9936-8dd8f08e80aa)\n\n",

"answer": "American manufacturers lose an estimated $285,000 annually to poor quality for every $10 million in revenue. At the same time, the industry is losing the engineers who know how to prevent those losses. Nearly 4 million manufacturing jobs will need to be filled by 2033 as experienced workers retire, and almost half are expected to go unfilled. Much of the expertise required to review complex engineering drawings exists only in the heads of senior engineers who are leaving the workforce.\r\n\r\nWe're both engineers who grew up watching this firsthand. After more than 200 conversations with manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and machinists, we're building software that captures that expertise by automatically reviewing engineering drawings against ASME standards and company-specific rules before they ever reach the shop floor."

We tailor each company's checks to their own standards, the kind usually mastered by only a handful of senior engineers. We turn that knowledge into software every plant can use the same week.\r\n\r\nWith success, the physical things the world depends on get built 10x faster, and a retiring generation's expertise is never lost."

"tagline": "Hera reviews every drawing against your factory's own standards and the ASME code, catching expensive mistakes and preventing rework 10x faster than manual review.",
"body": "**TL;DR: Every custom metal part starts as a drawing, and every drawing gets checked by hand before anyone builds it. Hera does that check in minutes instead of a full day, and catches the mistakes that turn into scrapped parts.**\n\n[**https://youtu.be/J_5NRjkou3Y**](https://youtu.be/J_5NRjkou3Y)\n\n**The Problem**\n\nCustom mechanical parts run on 2D drawings. Whether you're an OEM releasing drawings to suppliers, or an aerospace supplier answering to source inspection, every drawing has to be checked against ASME/ISO standards and GD&T requirements before it goes anywhere near a machine.\n\nRight now, that review is done by hand, and usually by the most senior engineer in the building. And a single missed tolerance callout or an ambiguous datum reference can mean a scrapped part, a blown schedule, or a shipment that fails inspection.\n\nWe heard the same story from a pressure vessel fabricator, a semiconductor tooling shop, and a medical device manufacturer: reviews take days. This isn't because the work is hard. There's simply no good way to do it faster without cutting corners, and nobody cuts corners on a drawing that could scrap a $40,000 part.\n\n**Our Solution**\n\nHera is a brain for manufacturing. Any real advance in manufacturing has to be grounded in two things: the standards parts are held to and the reality of the shop floor. So that's what we built Hera on.\n\nUpload a drawing and Hera checks GD&T callouts, tolerance stack ups, and title block requirements against ASME Y14.5, relevant ISO standards, and your own design intent. The result is a drawing your shop can build right the first time, without the delays and rework that eat margins. Every review also makes Hera more valuable, creating a system of record for drawing errors that helps teams build better models for engineering processes.\n\n**While the current review takes days, Hera takes minutes… and gets better by the drawing.**\n\n**Us**\n\n**Noelle** grew up in an industrial park her family runs in the Philippines and has been on factory floors her whole life. At 19, she built a water-treatment facility that added 40 L/s of capacity to the park. \n\n**Meera** has spent years around manufacturing: at her family's plants, and on projects at Pfizer and TE Connectivity, where she built a SOTA discrete-event simulation. She taught herself PLC programming and C++, and has published ML research at UW.\n\nWe actually met on a bus to a factory tour, and have been best friends ever since!\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=107030&key=user_uploads/3352287/d05e9e1a-57c8-4e43-91d7-75e42a004261)\n\n**Our Ask** If you run or work at a factory (aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, pressure vessel, or custom machinery), we want to visit you! If you invite us out to see your shop, we’ll come by in person and bring you a **customized Hera Swiss Army knife**.\n\nReach out to us at [**founders@manufacturingintelligence.org**](mailto:founders@manufacturingintelligence.org).",

"body": "Hey everyone 👋! We're [Emil Ares](https://www.linkedin.com/in/emil-ares/) and [Gad Marconi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/gad-marconi/), co-founders of [Marengo](https://www.linkedin.com/company/marengox).\n\n**TL;DR** $6.7T is going towards data center capex up to 2030. It still takes 10-12 months to design data centers. Marengo is _the engineering firm for accelerated data center development._ Site Due Diligence through FEED and permitting design in half the traditional time and half the cost. We’ve developed internal AI design tools that our professional engineers use to accelerate their engineering design work. Customers receive validated outputs they can trust. Already working with some of the largest developers in the world.\n\n---\n\n**Our Launch Video: [https://youtu.be/57EbJ0Buz-U](https://youtu.be/57EbJ0Buz-U)**\n\n**Ask:** Are you a data center developer? Give us a site. Let Marengo show you what accelerated engineering looks like on one of your projects. Click [here](https://marengox.com/).\n\n**The problem\\[s\\]:**\n\nHuge **expenditure on design**: $6.7T of data center capex by 2030 - engineering design fees are a massive 12% of construction cost, meaning $800B in design spend alone.\n\nHuge **time waste**: engineering design takes 12-36 months (feasibility, due diligence, FEED/permitting design, detailed design); it’s done manually, meaning a design firm can only handle 3-4 different concepts per site, leading to suboptimal designs, worse decisions and higher risk.\n\n**The Solution:**\n\nAI alone doesn’t have the engineering, know-how or trust to be effective here. A step change is needed. Marengo is needed.\n\nTo customers, we’re **_the engineering firm for accelerated data center development_.** Internally, we have developed AI-native tooling designed for in-house use by professionals. These tools are:\n\n* **Physics-informed** - grounded in reality\n* **Deterministic** - the same specs will produce the same designs)\n* **Validated** - validated by our professional in-house engineers\n* **Data-driven** - we parallelise concept design generation, producing a virtually unlimited number of variations; we then run simulations to determine the best fit\n* **AI-native** - AI agents act as junior engineers accelerating manual processes so our professional engineers can focus on validation\n\n**How it works:**\n\nA customer gives us their plot of land; we leverage their heritage and requirements to deliver validated designs in **half the time** and **half the cost.**\n\n**Who We Are:**\n\n**Emil Ares** - Founded first company at 16, making six figures. Ex-Cambridge Physicist working on world's most powerful magnets (56MW) at the 1.4GW MagLab facility. Ex-UK Space Agency. Published researcher on AI for complex systems engineering design.\n\n**Gad Marconi** - Built and deployed on-site data center infrastructure at the 25MW Swiss Flumenthal hydroelectric plant. Ex-AI software engineer at Nuclear and Energy EPC. Ex-TU Delft.\n\n**Ask:**\n\nIf any of these describe you or your organization, we'd love to talk:\n\n* A neocloud, hyperscaler, developer or similar\n* A professional engineer working in data centers - architects, civil, mechanical, electrical; we’re hiring!\n\n---\n\nVisit <https://marengox.com/> to learn more! Describe what you want to do - edit existing footage, ideate on commercials for your product, make a launch video…\n\n3\\. Voyager works with you just like Codex. It comes with built-in apps for motion graphics, music, and editing - or it can use tools like Blender, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc on your computer\n\n# Team\n\nWe're second-time founders, and previously worked on Dover YC S19 and Heap W13. \n\nOur team of 6 is obsessed with building tools for the next generation of creative work.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=117923&key=user_uploads/128290/622d1c8f-4e9c-4b7b-802e-4a4d92334e1e)\n\n",
