"title": "Kitemaker - Build better software. Together.",
"tagline": "Everything you need to organize the product development process",
"body": "_**TL;DR:** Kitemaker is a tool that allows you to keep specifications, user feedback, roadmaps, and tasks in one place, providing a better workflow than any collection of product management, documentation, and issue-tracking tools. Is it fast? Yes. Is it simple and easy to use? Absolutely. In addition, it works very well to facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, and product management._\n\nHey!\n\nWe're Kevin and Sigurd, the co-founders of [Kitemaker](https://kitemaker.co/). We built Kitemaker because we felt that the tools we used for project management, collecting feedback, and writing specifications were disconnected. This resulted in engineers, designers, and product managers working in separate silos, making it harder to focus on what truly matters: building things that users want.\n\n# **The problem**\n\nMost YC companies have taken the wisdom of [Michael Seibels' \"Product Development Cycles\"](https://www.ycombinator.com/library/4e-guide-to-product-development) to heart. To reach product-market fit, we need to talk to customers, figure out what they want, build, launch, and then iterate. There are plenty of good tools to collect user feedback, write specification documents, and track tasks/issues.\n\nHowever, it's all disjointed. It’s easy to drop the ball on user feedback, which isn’t connected to the tool where we’re writing specs, which again isn’t connected to our issue tracker. It's easy to become disorganized or spend too much time project managing when we should be spending as much time as possible talking to users and iterating on the product and the messaging.\n\n# **Our solution -** Kitemaker\n\nKitemaker allows you to keep specifications, tasks, roadmaps, and user feedback in one place. We have carefully designed it to provide a better workflow than any collection of product management, documentation, and issue-tracking tools.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=76035&key=user_uploads/394001/e6a52980-d8ce-450d-9e10-a956b9fe3884)\n\n# **How it works**\n\nThe basic unit in Kitemaker is the work item. It has a document where you can write your specifications and break them into tasks, as well as an activity feed for discussions and to see what is happening across the development tools. We encourage you not to split work items into many small pieces but rather use to-dos to keep track of the tasks. This way, you will be able to focus on what you plan to deliver to your users, rather than individual tasks. Additionally, you will have all the to-dos in the same place as your discussions and specifications, meaning there will be one place to see everything relevant to a new feature or a bug fix.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=76035&key=user_uploads/394001/b736cb07-b7ca-4c58-adee-c43de4ae3fde)\n\nWhen you receive user feedback, we have a section where you can organize all of it. You can either write the feedback directly in Kitemaker, or you can use our Intercom or Zapier integrations (with more integrations to come). You can select any part of the feedback, capture it as an insight, and link it directly to work items. Since the insights and feedback will be directly linked to the work items, you and your team will know exactly what was said and by whom on the work item screen.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=76035&key=user_uploads/394001/227b02d1-81c1-44a7-8ba1-7696c42f9183)\n\nThere are many more features and integrations for you to explore, so if you are curious, feel free to check out our [website](https://kitemaker.co/).\n\n# What our users love about Kitemaker\n\n* It's fast, easy to use, and simple to get started with.\n* Work items let you have specs, tasks, and discussions in the same place, making it easy for engineering, design, and product management to collaborate in the same tool.\n* Having user feedback directly connected to the stuff you are working on is incredibly powerful, and the Intercom integration directly syncs conversations into Kitemaker.\n* Our to-dos have everything engineers expect for issues, like git automation, referencing, and metadata, so the hierarchy fits perfectly for teams that focus on shipping awesome stuff to users.\n\n# Asks\n\nWe love all kinds of feedback, so if you are curious about Kitemaker, head over to [https://www.kitemaker.co](https://kitemaker.co/) and give us some feedback when you have tried it.\n\nYou can also join our [community here](https://join.slack.com/t/kitemakerco/shared_invite/zt-e7zjicw1-zbBpvLSRfOFKh3DutUAJ0A), where you can discuss Kitemaker or all things product development.\n\nWe’re also super interested in chatting with people about their product development process. Both to learn how you approach it or just give you some insights into what we have seen talking to many 100s of teams.",

"body": "Hi 👋 , we’re Faraz and Peter and we’re building Affinity!\n\nAffinity is a compliance training platform designed specifically for regulated industries. We’ve previously built Bread - a fintech - from inception to a $450M exit and are leveraging that experience to solve the learning management needs of regulated tech companies from growth stage to large enterprise banks.\n\n### **Problem and Current Market**\n\nWhile scaling Bread, we learned how necessary training is in the fintech industry for all stakeholders both internal (your employees) and external (your vendors and clients), and how glaringly inefficient the process is.\n\nFor example:\n\n* Fintech bank sponsors lack standardized training across portfolio companies;\n* Fintechs themselves train thousands of their business customers using valuable human hours;\n* Compliance and HR teams use sign up sheets and spreadsheets to track internal trainings;\n* Ineffective trainings create bigger problems later on when companies are just starting to scale.\n\nAnd it’s not just fintechs who face these problems, **it’s all regulated industries**.\n\n### **How Affinity Solves This**\n\nWe’ve built:\n\n1. A platform that allows organizations, such as banks, to standardize training across external parties.\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73139&key=user_uploads/599372/84a4ee60-ef53-4c9d-be35-655588e56f42)\n\n2. A workflow management tool that allow companies to assign trainings based on internal policy rules.\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73139&key=user_uploads/599372/1794b23f-a480-4ce3-a239-5797646ab28b)\n\n3. Relevant, practical content and ways to customize the content.\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73139&key=user_uploads/599372/df94140a-c1db-4654-adac-488c98aa1ed3)\n\n4. Data for reporting to regulators and auditors.\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73139&key=user_uploads/599372/b751d335-f134-45fa-9201-7f14c9641c6c)\n\n\n_In short: we help regulated companies make compliance training seamless and powerful._\n\n### **The Future (to Affinity and beyond!)**\n\n* A dynamic content creation platform built in.\n* Leveraging AI and LLM’s for interactive learning experiences.\n* The best and most useful trainings available in every vertical and industry.\n\n### **The Team**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=73139&key=user_uploads/599372/093dbfde-47dd-45bf-bce1-7642471e7eb1)\n\nWe have known each other for almost a decade and spent much of that time building out a buy-now, pay-later fintech together called Bread ($450M exit). Faraz led legal and compliance, and Peter led engineering. Through Bread’s growth we’ve learned how important compliance education is for teams to be effective in a regulated space.\n\n### **Asks from the community**\n\n* Introductions to Fintechs and tangential regulated companies (all sizes)\n* Introductions to Banks\n* Introductions to Compliance and HR teams\n* Tell us what you’re not getting from your current learning management systems\n\n### **How can your company use Affinity today?**\n\nWe’re live for fintechs today at: <https://itsaffinity.com>. We are also offering a discount to all YC companies for their first year, and while you can onboard yourself, we’d love to walk you through getting started. So, please reach out to us at [founders@itsaffinity.com](mailto:founders@itsaffinity.com) and we can start working together with your team!",

"body": "**TL;DR: Lytix is one control panel to observe, manage and optimize your E2E LLM stack. From early model experimentation to guardrails and specific evaluations, lytix helps teams at any stage save money, move faster, and minimize tech debt.**\n\n⚠️ **The Problem**\n\n1. You want to use and experiment with multiple models, but setting up interfaces per provider/model is painful and slows you down.\n2. As your product gets more specific, tracking performance becomes more challenging as off-the-shelf metrics lack the domain context to evaluate the unique attributes _you_ care about.\n3. You want to protect your inference calls against known failures, but finding + integrating the right guardrails for your use case is time-consuming and confusing.\n4. Simple logging is great, but it gets hard to interpret and find bugs quickly, especially if you have multiple LLM tasks all being logged in a single place.\n\n**⚡ Our Solution**\n\nLytix helps teams of all sizes build faster, save money, and minimize tech debt.\n\n**Single Gateway For All Models & Providers.**\n\n1. Integrate [seamlessly](https://docs.lytix.co/Quickstart/openai-integration) with your existing stack to quickly get started.\n2. Instantly gain access to 25+ models; switching between models becomes a 1-line change.\n3. Our code is open-source, so you can always add more providers and models that are specific to you.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/3018a6a5-f5e6-494c-9b87-e4c320e89c54)\n\n**Guardrails & Alerts**\n\n1. An intuitive and flexible framework for adding SOTA guardrails to your inference calls, and set up real-time fallback logic\n2. Configure alerts in **seconds**, to instantly get alerted when guardrails fail\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/c5e44af3-d41d-4013-8b1e-98db8c663e46)\n\n**Build Specific Evaluations**\n\n1. Easily build new eval metrics bespoke to _your_ product, factoring specific domain knowledge and context.\n2. Track how your specific evals perform over time, and easily find anomalous sessions or problematic users.\n3. Move beyond ‘feelings’, and start to quantify your results as you experiment with different configurations, model combinations and prompts.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/9c7e0c81-06d9-4954-9036-466639cefadd)\n\n**Grouping LLM events by task**\n\n1. Instead of a single stream of logs, lytix divides your logs by the task they belong to.\n2. Debug errors faster by viewing them in the right context.\n3. Cut critical metrics (like cost, latency, error rates) by task, to answer questions like ‘what is our most expensive task?’ or “which tasks are failing the most?”\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/767653cb-a38a-4df9-a154-3f981a9246f2)\n\n**Product + LLM Insights**\n\n* Identify themes and patterns in your LLM interactions\n* Export that LLM events, with evals, to product analytic tools (such as Posthog) to combine product and LLM metrics into a single insight (i.e., cut conversation length by prompt).\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/adcfbfeb-5f0b-4560-917c-d8bcfc4c5e76)\n\n**And much more…**\n\n* Bring your own cache: own your data and save money on requests by hosting your own cache\n* Playground to test new or existing events against 25+ models\n* Cost + Token usage tracking\n* Datasets to collect events for fine-tuning\n\n🪩 **The Team**\n\nWe’ve both worked in the tech, and have known each other since high school.\n\nSahil worked as a product manager at Intuit, working on teams all over the world. For QuickBooks international, he launched localized sales tax and “send invoice via WhatsApp” increasing 91d retention, subscription rates, and invoice sends for emerging markets. He also worked on complex machine learning systems, working on matchmaking models for QuickBooks Live.\n\nSid worked at a verity of startups after college working on a breath of tasks from cybersecurity to infrastructure and devops. He was cited as an author on a state of the art cryptography [white-paper](https://eprint.iacr.org/2023/296.pdf) and has helped teams containerize and migrate infrastructure while maintaining 50,000+ active users.\n\nWe are builders at heart and believe that lytix is the future of how to build and scale LLM products.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=83820&key=user_uploads/1639132/feb330f8-8a93-401b-b5d2-8df9b4bf4afb)\n\n**🚀 Lytix can be used today!**\n\n* [Free to start](http://lab.lytix.co/home/login/) and use up to 100k messages.\n* We love learning about problems, if you have any in the LLM space we’d love to be helpful and [chat](https://book.vimcal.com/p/sahilsinha/30minutes-8347b)!\n* Check out our [open-source](https://github.com/Lytix-Labs/optimodel) work and get 24/7 support on our [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/u2MFEnhmv3)\n* Follow our socials on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/103001009/) and [X](https://x.com/lytixai)",

Specifically:\n\n1. **Product insights & monitoring** - how can I see how different customers are using my LLM stack?\n\n > What are users talking to my bot about? What questions are users asking my search system?\n2. **Testing** - I just made a change to my code. How can I confirm it’s making the change I intended? How can I make sure I haven’t introduced unexpected side effects?\n\n > _Will making my bot faster make it less reliable? Will switching LLM providers make our system too slow for our customers_\n3. **E2E analytics** - Product 🤝 LLM metrics. How can I see how changes to my LLM stack are impacting my primary product metrics?\n\n > _I just changed my RAG pipeline, is that improving my conversion rates? Which prompt gives us the best activation rate? What are high vs. low value customers talking to my bot about?_\n4. **Errors** - I’m using 4+ providers across my LLM stack, each with its own logging system and dashboard. How can I quickly view the root cause of my errors and get all the context I need in one place?\n\n**We’ve seen teams waste weeks of dev time building internal tools to solve these problems instead of building what their users want.**\n\n# The Solution 🛠️\n\nLytix brings insights, testing, and E2E analytics to your LLM stack with minimal changes to your existing codebase.\n\n# Product insights 🔎 & monitoring 👀\n\n1. Add a tracer function to any aspect of your LLM stack you’d like monitored\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=81849&key=user_uploads/547106/dc47d9d9-39f5-47ed-8fd5-035063e4ade4)\n\n2. _\\[Optional\\]_ - in the Lytix dashboard, define some ‘themes’ you’d like Lytix to start tagging your sessions as. For ex. ‘questions about math’\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=81849&key=user_uploads/547106/c660f875-f0f5-4189-b7c5-408bb2ee4b99)\n\n3. If you do not define an intent - Lytix will auto-tag each session with an intent that best summarizes the session.\n4. You can always explore previous sessions and re-configure your themes to change how they appear in your analytics stack\n\n# E2E analytics 📊 ( for ex. PostHog 🦔)\n\n1. Save your PostHog API key in your Lytix account (under settings)\n2. Whenever Lytix sees a new session, we’ll tag it (with the intents you’ve configured), and import them into Posthog with all the associated metadata\n3. In PostHog, you’ll see a “lytix_event” → this event describes your users’ sessions with your LLM stack. **Bring this into your funnel analysis, retention charts, etc., to include your LLM sessions in your product insights**\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=81849&key=user_uploads/547106/90a58a3c-03e4-4e81-9ae2-33a8d61eb6ea)\n\n\n# Errors 🚨\n\n1. Wherever you throw an error, use the new Lytix LError class.\n\n ```\n async def backgroundProcess():\n logger = LLogger(\"background-logger\", {\"userId\": '124'})\n logger.info(\"Some process is starting\")\n raise LError(\"An unexpected error\")\n \n ```\n2. Anytime the error is thrown in production, you’ll find all relevant logs and metadata in your Lytix dashboard\n\n ![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=81849&key=user_uploads/547106/b4373adc-92ec-487b-bef4-90e3dae98cc0)\n\n\nTo try it out yourself, head over to <https://docs.lytix.co/introduction>. You’ll also get 2 founders on deck as analysts to ask any questions about how your customers are using your products 🚀.\n\nAnd get in touch if you:\n\n1. Are about to launch - and would like to chat about best practices\n2. Recently launched - and are thinking about effective analytics and monitoring\n3. Or have a hair-on-fire problem you need to be taken care of!",

Unfortunately, building them is still a pain.\n\nCompanies either:\n\n1. Take time to build these from scratch\n2. Use existing providers and sometimes spend hours building a dashboard (it should take minutes).\n\nOften times, they **know** these tools are needed, but it feels wrong to move engineering time away from what matters most: the actual product. Thus, the solution is to either put it in the backlog, or dedicate time building and forever maintaining them.\n\n# **🫒 Our Solution**\n\nWith Olive, building these internal tools will take minutes.\n\nYou can connect your data sources during onboarding, and select which one Olive should read and generate around for each tool. **Olive will examine your database schema, write appropriate queries, and generate + deploy a full-stack internal tool.**\n\nWe’ve been hard at work to ensure the results are consistently high-quality, so that we can use this product ourselves. We’re excited to accept users off our waitlist in the coming weeks, as we support more database integrations and features.\n\n# **Our Ask**\n\nWe’d love to have you on our waitlist — [fromolive.com.](https://fromolive.com/)\n\nIf you’re curious about our product, want to explore use cases, or want to chat about anything internal tool related, feel free to email us at [**team@fromolive.com**](mailto:team@fromolive.com).\n\n# **Team**\n\nWe ([**Bardia**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/bardiasafari) and [**Shrey**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/shreyguptaoc/)) have known each other for almost 6 years (since high school) and realized how much we loved creating products that users love while building Fundsy—a fiscal sponsorship and financial services platform for community projects.\n\n**Bardia**\n\nBardia has previously done software engineering internships at Amazon (working on an internal HR tool) and JuiceMind (helping build a collaborative coding education product for schools). Ex-Stanford.\n\n**Shrey**\n\nShrey was previously a software engineering intern at Capital One where he built internal tools used to service over 400,000 cardholders/year. He was also a SWE intern at Campsite (workplace communication startup acq'd by Notion) and NASA (satellite data infra org). Ex-UC Davis CS.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=88136&key=user_uploads/595992/59022972-b651-4241-b927-c467b5805ecb)\n\n",

There we realized AI can completely disrupt the $50B Work Management Market, but it required a fresh start.\r\n\r\nWhat work we even choose to manage in the first place is critical, and the most important insights from customers are silo-ed in sales/CS while R&D gives their best shot at roadmaps meant to deliver impact. Significant requests sit in a backlog, duplicate asks flood the system, months wasted on \"strategic investments\". We want to bridge this gap.\r\n\r\nThis message is resonating with heads of sales, heads of product, CEOs, as well as individuals, all trying to make sure the most important things get done, with less wasted effort and more revenue/retention.\r\n\r\nKestral works by automatically take in customer data like sales call transcripts & feature request messages and a team of agents:\r\n1. analyze them for actionable takeaways, deal blockers, and nice to haves\r\n2. consolidate them and manage all the asks with citations\r\n3. prioritize them by impact and frequency to cut through the noise so you can see the biggest opportunities clearly\r\n4. connect them to your existing strategic roadmap so when the work gets done, we can automatically follow back up with your customers and win them over\r\n\r\nThis is just step one of our mission to revolutionize how work gets done -- starting with what we choose to work on, and hope you follow us along for the ride!",

(how? gotta read more)\n\nhttps://youtu.be/R8Q5qOWRv2I\n\n# **❌ The Problem** 😟\n\nCompanies spend too much money on Sales and R&D teams just for them to 🥤**suck🥤** at communicating with each other and this costs millions of dollars in blocked deals, churned customers, and time wasted on irrelevant roadmaps.\n\nThere’s gold in customer data in all its forms, yet even the most revered companies we talked to commonly lose sight of blockers and spend hours updating spreadsheets of feature requests.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90532&key=user_uploads/12690/c0a42d49-4b96-4711-b33e-50ebfa2b1d41)\n\n📣 “We have deep anxiety if we’re deploying our product teams appropriately…” - C-Suite @ a Public Company\\\n📣 “All my calls… in Gong. Feature requests … in Notion. We’ve got Salesforce. Why, in 2025, am I still grepping around for feature requests like a caveman?” - Head of Sales @ a Series B Startup\\\n📣 “… we’re tracking feature requests on spreadsheets” - GTM @ a Major LLM Provider\n\nCompanies KNOW they should do better… but without the right tools, they are:\n\n* Getting outmaneuvered by competitors by failing to adapt to customer trends as they come up\n* Wasting hours manually tracking and escalating tasks that end up sitting in a backlog\n* Worrying if users will care about their “strategic investments”.\n\n# 💭 📖 **The Solution**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90532&key=user_uploads/12690/7fd4ffb6-0954-4fb8-b661-3063088bae79)\n\nWe instantly bridge this divide between customer-facing roles and product development by:\n\n1\\. Extracting ALL actionable tasks from a variety of sources (transcripts, Slack/Discord messages, GitHub issues…)\n\n2\\. Consolidating duplicate asks and prioritizing them by theme\n\n3\\. (optionally syncing to project management platforms like Linear/Notion until we displace them…)\n\n4\\. Closing the loop with them, so you go from feature launch to immediate customer engagement & guaranteed impact\n\n**We’re building teams of AI agents that:**\n\n🤖 - understand the context of roles, projects, companies, and customers\n\n🤖 - rank work on various heuristics like opportunity size, effort, and team goals\n\n🤖 - make direct connections between customer asks and R&D’s work\n\n🤖 - personally follow up with users or revitalize the pipeline to guarantee a positive business impact of work\n\nOur technology can also easily transition to save orgs countless hours by eliminating work about work, like updating the state of tasks from meeting transcripts/messages and giving status updates while reprioritizing.\n\n# 🤜💥🤛 **The Team**\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90532&key=user_uploads/12690/f58ce5b7-6361-4c95-9035-6fd470b271d3)\n\n(pre-YC vacation together in Jeju)\n\nWe’re close friends since college and multiple-time founding members of prior startups. We recently crossed paths at Asana, where Brian was an AI Tech Lead, while Bernie led Enterprise Authorization projects.\n\nWe’re leveraging our experience to combine the cutting edge of memory and knowledge base management with AI Agent Permissions for Enterprise to build the future of work.\n\nWe fully understand that work management structures are crucial to providing the necessary context for AI to deliver real enterprise value, and we’re not scared of any existing players in this space.\n\n# 💡 The Opportunity\n\nOur mandate is to disrupt the work management industry that has a **$50B TAM**, but we’re starting first by truly understanding and prioritizing what a company works on. As agents get better and commoditized, we aim to be best positioned to help companies get the work done faster.\n\nThe existing tools in this space can charge 5-6 figures a year for speculative and limited insights from customers at best, and they don’t even make the connection to R&D’s real work. We can instantly help validate/derisk costly roadmap plans, as well as help companies adapt to their customers’ needs immediately, providing millions in value.\n\nWe’re also personally seeing some very large investments (millions) in hiring teams to build internal systems to try to connect impact to work that is still manual at heart. Our partner said that if you’re seeing someone build something painful just for themselves… you’re on to something.\n\n### 🟠 CALLING THE YC COMMUNITY 🧡\n\nWe’d love to meet more of you!\\\n🗣️ In a CRO, Sales, GTM, or Customer Success role, and want your requests prioritized? \\\n🗣️ Product Leader wanting to validate your strategy and get measurable results?\\\n🗣️ Building the latest in AI knowledge bases and memory?\n\nLet’s talk!\\\n\\\nWould appreciate any **warm intros** to the above as well! We’re looking for partners to grow _with us_ to become the most efficient, most _actually_ customer-centric companies in the world.\\\n\\\nHit us up at [founders@kestral.team](mailto:founders@kestral.team) or book a demo call, even if you’re just a little curious at https://kestral.team\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90532&key=user_uploads/12690/a70b5c3b-593a-4a99-87a0-e8eb5e72e44e)\n\n",

In every team we built, we ran into the same challenge: each new customer, employee, and feature made it harder to understand what was actually going on. We spent our days in back-to-back meetings and chasing status updates, and forced our teams to do busywork just to keep us in the loop. **Yet we still didn’t see problems until something broke**.\n\nAI is already making the 10x engineer possible. But there’s no solution that helps **product development orgs — and product leaders — 10x themselves**. That’s what we’re building.\n\n# **Enter Mesmer**\n\n**Mesmer gives founders and CTOs full context on their org without drowning in meetings or chasing people for updates**. It watches the work itself — code, specs, designs, meetings — to build a live, detailed picture of what’s going on. Our customers can keep their teams fast, flat, and focused as they scale — and free from busywork.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90395&key=user_uploads/178/c0f0220d-62be-4e38-9246-ecd3c2493a79)\n\nWe are starting with **an AI chief of staff for product development orgs**. Every week, it delivers a report showing what actually happened across all in-flight projects: what moved forward, what shipped, and what’s stuck. Founders and CTOs can then ask questions and get in-depth answers based on their team’s actual code, specs, and designs, like:\n\n* Why is this project slipping?\n* Who’s the best engineer to unblock it?\n* What architecture did we use in this repo?\n* How does the business logic work for this categorization engine?\n* What changed in the roadmap last week?\n\n**We’re already live with 10+ companies worth over $3B** and have reviewed over 70M lines of code along the way. We’d love to help you, too.\n\n# **Special Offer**\n\nWe’re onboarding companies as fast as we can, but, if you’re a CTO leading a team of 20+ engineers (or know someone who is) **email me at [joao@mesmer.co](mailto:joao@mesmer.co) and we’ll skip the line** to help you run a flat, fast, focused org right away.\n\n![uploaded image](/media/?type=post&id=90395&key=user_uploads/178/0a177036-5476-45b7-bd33-cfd2b5fb72a3)\n\n",
